Wir haben falsch geklickt. Wir haben statt ablehnen auf annehmen geklickt. Wir haben dies sofort durch einen Anruf bei Chrono24 geklärt. Es tut uns sehr leid, aber "irren ist menschlich". We clicked wrong. We clicked accept instead of reject. We clarified this immediately by calling Chrono24. We are very sorry, but "to err is human."

Desciption did not indicate this was a women's watch, so it came as a surprise that is was. Not clear from pictures. The time taken to receive the package was completely unacceptable ( 6 weeks) . This was mostly due to DHL in the UK from whom I received not one email of communication or even a tracking number. ( So not the dealer's fault). But dealer should consider using another delivery company...... There were also significant import duty fees levied by UK customs on receipt from GDR.

The watch is as described however it took ages to get to me. the dealer did not really keep me up to date as to what's going on with the delay On top of that there is now a customs charge if you buy from Europe as I'm in the UK that I wasn't expecting.

Wir haben den Preisvorschlag angenommen. Wir haben alle Fragen beantwortet. Käufer hat nicht bezahlt, daher wurde der Verakauf abgebrochen - Schade. Warum nun Kommunikation nur 3 Sterne ? - Keine Ahnung.
