We had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. The watch they sent us was similar to the one pictured, but not the exact version. They argued saying it was the same watch. After sending the watch back, they again sent us another watch that was close, but not exact. Ultimately Chrono24 helped us through a second return for a refund. I would not recommend Windsor Jewelers.

We had 2 exact same looking watches .We shipped the exact watch in the picture and buyer did not agree as there was 1 little scratch on back. then we shipped the other one now he thought its better but still not same. Then we just agreed to cancel the order. We made every reasonable effort to fulfill this order

This purchase experience was rather poor and an exception to my usual experience on chrono24. This is a watch which is known to have two languages on the day wheel. This was inquired of the seller during the purchase of the watch and the seller's response was that they thought it was in Japanese. This is why I had agreed to proceed with the purchase. However, when the watch was received, the day wheel was in Arabic. When I asked the seller about this, their response was that they "didn't advertise the watch as having a second language". But I had specifically asked what is the second language on the day wheel. Even if the seller did not know the watch had a second language, which suggests this seller does not have a good understanding of their product, they should have inferred from my question that there is indeed a second language and that they should make the effort of finding that out. Then the seller stated that they "did not get a chance later to check (the language) again" and the watch was "shipped out by the shipping department". Firstly, the shipping label was created but the watch was not shipped for at least a week. Secondly, it seems that this seller does not have control over their shipping department, which is highly worrisome. I had requested that, since I would need to have the day wheel changed by Seiko Time Corp at my own cost, the seller should cover those costs since I was expecting to incur additional cost on a watch that is already more than 5 times its MRSP. This was declined by the seller. I had then asked if it is more preferable to send the watch back to the seller, to which I received absolutely no response what so ever.

The watch was 100% compliant with our description in the listing and it was delivered with all the accessories shown in the pictures securely within the time provided initially after sale. its the issue of Buyer assuming things that were never claimed or communicated to them about the watch.

Once they realised the watch was caught up in the couriers system, they were very slow to communicate to me what was happening. It took 4 months to get the watch delivered and i did most of the chasing.

Dealer's comment:

The watch was misplaced by DHL and after a lot of follow-up we were able to trace this and get it delivered to the Buyer. We regret the perception Buyer has about this transaction as we were constantly in touch with them regarding this transaction.

Due to inventory mix up a different omega constellation was sent . Unfortunately the watch was sold to someone else before we realized this . We immediately agreed to take it back for a full refund . We will strive to improve our process so this doesn’t happen .
