Buyer's comment:
Dealer did not ship watch on time. I had to call and was laughed at. Answered the phone, “hello”. Did not answer as a business which seemed shady. Told me watch had sold just 5 minutes prior to me purchasing and had to source the watch. Watch stated new however no outer box, no dealer tag, watch wrapped in non dealer plastic. Do not buy from this guy!!!

The delivery took so much longer than expected. Overpriced as service is soo poor. Useless communication with their customer service.

Dear Sir, The day you purchased the watch, it was sent to you immediately. Due to COVID-19 and a customs clearance delay in your location, the carrier provided took a longer time to deliver to Saudi Arabia. We called them on a daily basis to make sure you will get your purchase delivered as soon as possible and we made sure to keep you posted with any update we received on our end. The delay wasn't in our control. We are sorry that you felt we had poor communication and customer service. We will take it into consideration and make sure to better it for you and all our future customers. Thank you

Ordered and paid for watch, only to hear from dealer 2 days later that watch was already sold. They offered a "newer" watch at a higher price. Order was cancelled and payment refunded.
