Buyer's comment:

Dealer sold me a watch they didn't own. They sent me pictures of some other watch, and waited until my payment was in escrow to tell me that they would send me a different item than the one I'd approved. After several days of demanding information on the new watch with no good responses from the dealer, I canceled the transaction.

The shipping and communication was poor in my opinion. It took 8 days after the dealer sent tracking info before FedEx reported receiving the package. Five days after I got the tracking info I contacted the dealer stating that FedEx didn't have the package and asking for an update. They directed me to ask the shipping company for an update. This confuses me, How can the shipping company help me find the package if they don't have it. The next day I asked again (Saturday). The dealer stated that the package was in the hands of the delivery company but FedEx doesn't work on the weekends so I would need to wait till Monday to see the information updated. This also confuses me. In my experience, If FedEx takes possession of a package they update their tracking system right away, even if its on the weekend. FedEx did report receiving the package on Monday. I can't be certain what was actually going on but I can be certain that this interaction didn't give me confidence in this dealer. The watch was not as advertised. It was listed as Unworn and the description stated "NEW". The bezel had small scuffs and scratches. The rubber strap showed signs of use. The bracelet showed only the tinniest scuff, I expect that part was actually unworn. Overall the watch is in great condition for a used watch but that is not what I wanted. I would not have bought it if it was advertised as used but in great condition.

Please stop advertising with pictures of items that you do not have and cannot get. It wastes everyone’s time.
