We did our best to speed up the process of your watch delivery, but, because of the circumstances which don’t depend on us, we couldn’t influence on it as much as we wish. The delay was caused, mainly, by the difficulties the supplier faced during the shipping of the watch. We kept in touch with the supplier all the time in order to get the last updates of the delivery process and provided to you the exact information we received from our partner. We are sorry that you couldn't accept the new delivery time we set according to the information provided by our supplier. Avizovaná lhůta pro dodání se několikrát odkládala, a ve výsledku byla o tři týdny delší, než původně uvedená. Zaslané hodinky byly poškozené. Po jejich vrácení trvalo dva týdny než byly vráceny peníze. Ze zaplacené ceny hodinek bylo stržena částka cca 300 EUR

Sometimes it takes longer because of the holiday period and our suppliers’ limited availability. The watch had a plastic sticker on its surface and gave the impression that it was damaged. Our specialists have verified the watch and confirmed that namely the sticker left that impression, and the watch was perfectly fine.
