Before the order was shipped, I had asked the seller if the chronograph hand was aligned to the 12 as I noticed in the pictures that it was not centered. I received no reply to my question. Upon receiving the watch, the chronograph hand was indeed not aligned to the 12. I immediately returned the watch and shipped it back to the seller the same day - with one day shipping. However, the seller provided me with the wrong address (old address) in chrono24 - as they did not update their address. The package floated around for a few days. I had to make multiple calls to USPS, chrono24, the seller to see where the package was which took a lot of my time doing. Chrono24 was very professional about this whole situation and was very helpful. However, working with this seller was very frustrating.

DavidSW is not so professional in the whole transaction. First, he made a mistake in value declaration without letting me know. Second, the description of the watch was wrong and not clear. This resulted to so much delay in custom clearance. And the way DavidSW communicate is not professional.
