I believe this seller tries to mislead customers by giving mix information in his listing. The watch I purchased, the listing said 41mm and the bottom detail said 36mm which I clearly missed and when I contacted seller that I would like to return the watch for this reason, his rude response was, didn't you read the listing details before making a purchase, then he calls me portraying to be calling from Chrono24, which again is trying to mislead customer regarding his true identity and at first says he couldn't accept the return but when realized, I was adamant about it and wasn't interested in talking to him but going thru the Chrono24 refund process, that's when he offers to replace the watch with a 41mm which I initially wanted but I couldn't trust this seller anymore and just returned back the watch. It's been 5 days since the watch was delivered back to the seller but I still haven't received my refund. Wasted my time and have my money stuck for 3 weeks now.
