One month after I placed my order I started asking predictions on timing for the delivery. The seller always replies but with a growing lack of empathy (sometimes annoyed answers). After two months the seller decided by himself that the time was up and cancelled my orded, charging only the manufacturer for the delay (which it could be) and totally ignoring my will to keep on waiting. Seller not always up to this kind of transaction.

Purchased watch never sent! Kept me waiting for weeks stating that they were preparing to send the watch only to conceed that they'd already sold it. Told me that the watch was very difficult to source which made their deceit even worse. Offered me an alternative model as if any other watch would do. I suspect that they sold the watch thinking they could simply get another to send to me also. Very disappointed in the dealer and feel let down by chrono24. Very upset.

Comunicación atenta y profesional por parte del vendedor pero me vendieron un reloj que no tenían y tardaron varios días en decírmelo. Dado que era una compra urgente para un regalo y tuve que deshacer la operación de pago, el perjuicio ha sido muy considerable. Les valoro con una estrella más porque me plantearon la alternativa de comprar otro modelo de reloj con un descuento adicional.

Orologio con caratteristiche diverse da quelle pubblicate, esercitato diritto di recesso nei tempi, richiesta assurda da parte del venditore di un risarcimento per presunte manomissioni. Pessima esperienza. Vivamente sconsigliato.

Il cliente ha ordinato l'orologio in oggetto nel giorno del suo compleanno, per questo motivo Wear The Time lo ha omaggiato offrendogli un ulteriore sconto sul prezzo d'acquisto oltre ad una spedizione veloce in sole 24 ore, inviandogli un orologio perfettamente CONFORME alla documentazione fotografica pubblicata sulla piattaforma Chrono24. Il cliente, dopo aver ricevuto l'orologio ed aver constatato che lo stesso fosse di dimensioni troppo piccole per il suo polso (come già confidato all'azienda in fase d'acquisto) invece di avvisare tempestivamente Wear The Time evitando di toccare ulteriormente l'orologio, lo ha affidato ad un presunto "orologiaio esperto" del quale non ha saputo fornire nemmeno il nominativo, il quale ha asserito che i residui di polvere rinvenuti su un orologio mai indossato e depositatisi sullo stesso nell'arco di 14 anni tra il 2005 e il 2019 fossero invece "prova" che lo stesso fosse stato già utilizzato in passato, sebbene l'orologio fosse ancora pellicolato! Inoltre il cliente ha restituito l'orologio dopo una settimana, sprovvisto di pellicole e con chiari segni di manomissione sia sulla cassa sia sul bracciale, causando una perdita di valore che gli è stata richiesta come risarcimento danni. Dopo una trattativa conclusasi con un abbuono da parte di Wear The Time nei confronti del cliente, l'azienda intende dissociarsi completamente dalla versione fornita dallo stesso, invitando tutti i suoi clienti a prendere visione delle recensioni pubblicate sia su Chrono24, sia su Trustpilot sia su Facebook, a riprova del fatto che l'operato dell'azienda si basa su valori quali professionalità, affidabilità e cortesia, oltre ad una massima disposizione ad esaudire TUTTE le richieste dei suoi clienti.
