The watch was advertised as Stock-b in that it had slight scratches on the case, which justified the low asking price; in reality there were no scratches, and the real reason for the discounted price was that the watch was not functioning (the hour and minute hands stopping, and the chronograph hands not returning to the zero position). It's really hard to imagine that the seller didn't realise this, given that this is a quartz watch, the functioning or non-functioning of which is self-evident. Beware of this seller.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we always appreciate it, both positively and negatively. I see that in this case your watch was sent out in working condition, however you experienced an issue with the functions watch and you've returned it. After we replaced the battery it was back to working condition again. I realise this doesn't take away from the inconvenience you've had, but we didn't intentionally send out a defective watch as you are implying. Merely a battery running out on a display model watch. No excuse as we should have replaced the battery as a precaution, but there was no malicious intent on our end to try and sell you a defective watch and get away with it!

The photos used on the advert were NOT accurate, and the wording used in the description of the watch were NOT accurate either. The watch face is a completely different colour to that advertised. The dealer was completely ambivalent when this issued was raised with them once I received the watch.
