Watch had significant dings in the bezel, which were immediately noticeable upon opening box, but not clearly shown in their photos. Watch condition "Very good (Worn with little to no signs of wear)"; this is not in very good condition. The entire listing is in English, with a section in Japanese the apparently offers further details on the watch, including the description of this damage. I feel mislead. The English section clearly states a much higher level of finish, then they his details in a section that much be translated. When viewing the listing, it appears that the Japanese section is only repeating what was already written, it isn't until you go the the very bottom of the listing, through another kind English section, that it tells you to google translate the Japanese. So, technically the damage was described, so Chrono won't help, and the seller will accept a return at my cost. This is deceptive advertising, they have a listing that is 80% in English that states one condition, then hidden away a note in Japanese, that contradicts that English description. It should all be stated clearly up front, this is deceptive; if you mm write everything else out in English, why can't you translate the Japanese section as well? Not happy, wouldn't but from this seller again!

I purchased a used Tudor, in the description the item had a seller's rating of excellent condition. I requested additional, detailed photos to see if any problems existed and in the meantime I made payment via Chrono 24. I discovered that the scratches in the ad were much more significant than indicated; fortunately I was able to stop the shipment and asked the seller for a partial refund for the aforementioned. The seller apologised but did not consider a discount, he only asked me if I agreed to cancel the order. Since the article is no more present on the seller's page, I presume that the seller had an additional agreement with a private buyer/dealer to which he sold the watch back. Very bad experience, I am very disappointed about what happened, extremely sorry.

Watch arrived with a broken clasp pusher that was not in the description. Not safe to wear and requiring replacement by Omega. Failed mediation with the dealer not willing to compensate the buyer for the unexpected cost of the repair. Unpalatable to return the broken watch after having paid local tax and customs fees. Dealer clearly did not inspect the watch properly as the defective clasp was obvious on delivery.

Seller not serious, they listing watches available than when you place the order they cancel the order because the watch is not available. They confirm an order and when you start to pay they cancel the order. It s a very disaster

Ho chiesto al commerciante di avere la tariffa doganale dell'orologio per poter calcolare il costo dei dazi di importazione , ma purtroppo non me lo ha fornito , per cui non ho acquistato l'orologio

Die Verpackung bzw Box ist außen leider beschädigt. Uhr ist wie auf den Bildern, Versand war ok. Würde wieder kaufen. Ob ich Garantieansprüche habe bin ich mir nicht sicher, da, die, Uhr aus Asien kommt. Im großen und ganzen bin ich zufrieden mit dem Kauf.

Uhr war wie beschrieben, allerdings war die Box extrem beschädigt. Chrono24 Kundensupport musste aushelfen, da der Händler Sich nicht bewegte!

No communication and refuse to give information unless you send a purchase. I guess he is trying to increase in quota of offer

Very poor experience with this dealer cancelling first offer and swapping the watch I wanted to purchase just before I confirmed payment via escrow account with a new offer the same model but without the original papers and at the same price. He did confirm the watch was available first and did not inform me of the change…no reply after I received the watch and asked for explanation

Horrible experience. This seller has many interesting watches at reasonable prices but you should double check with them before making payment! I liked a watch and asked them a few questions abt it , they were quick to reply but once i made payment , it got cancelled bcoz the watch was already sold ! So, even with refund am losing money bcoz of currency difference ! Just be aware guys. Thanks

Was not clear bracelet measurement included watch face now gave watch can’t wear as too small contacted seller who was not helpful at all
