I ordered a “brand new” Cosc-certified watch. When it reached it was losing 7 seconds per day. I contacted the dealer who first claimed it was “normal” and then said it was essentially my problem now and I would have to take the watch to an AD and get it fixed. The dealer did not offer to replace the model with a properly functioning timepiece. I decided to return it. The dealer required me to do a bunch of things to accept the return (eg filming myself packaging the watch etc), so I was afraid I would not see my money back. Chrono24 stepped in and luckily the return was smooth. I cannot recommend this dealer.

I am negotiating a watch with the seller via chrono24. Once the price is accepted, the seller tells me to pay it, because the offer only lasts a few hours. So I pay via Paypal. A few hours later, the seller replies that the watch is not available. It was very complicated to get my money back.

Boy what a horrible seller. The first issue is the shipping speed. I ordered another watch at the same time as this one from a seller in Japan. I received that watch more than a week before I received the one from this US seller. I believe they are drop shipping; listing watches they don't actually have in inventory then securing them once they are sold. They described this as a black dial and it was not a black dial. They failed at accurately describing the product and failed at delivering the watch in a reasonable amount of time. In today's faced pace market, they need to do better. There are too many sellers on this platform to use unprofessional sellers like this one. You've been warned, the rest is up to you.

The worst experience ever with any online shopping. They delayed the shipment, then lost it. Then they started the process again. The result: almost 3 month They only accepted wire transfer and didn't accept the documents submitted to them until the money was received Will never buy from this dealer. I am also rethinking the entire relationship with Chrono.

The dealer posting claimed the watch was to come with the original box and paperwork. I received the watch in a makeshift box without the paperwork. After contacting them they did find the manual but stated that the box wasn’t to be had. They offered me $30 off and stated that their price was well below other asking prices. It was not. I did theirs legwork and located the original box. They agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the box and have not fulfilled that promise. I would not recommend buying from this dealer.

Horrible communication (spoke to a different rep every time I reached out) Dishonest delivery time (order egregiously delayed with questionable excuses) Had to eventually cancel my order because I did not trust that this company was being honest with the delayed delivery time. It’s pretty obvious to me they are listing watches they don’t have on-hand and then sourcing that watch when an order comes in. Which is FINE, but don’t give a 2-6 day delivery estimate when it’s really going to be closer to 8-10 weeks.

I ordered the watch because the listing did not specify that the watched would have to be sourced .However I agreed when the rep.said it would be coming in in the next 1 to 2 weeks.After 2 weeks I called and was told they would have to cancel my order because the watch was defective.They should specify like all other grey market dealers weather the watch is in stock or not.As I write this the same That I ordered but could not send me is listed on Chrono 24.

This company sold me a brand new watch that was defective within 3 weeks of purchase, only worn twice. When I reached out to them their advice was to send the brand new watch for warranty work. They washed their hands of taking responsibility for selling a non-functioning watch that cost north of $2,000. Considering this is a dealer with generally positive reviews, it’s a shame to be one of the few who had a terrible experience with them.

It was my 3rd purchase from C24, and it was like a nightmare. Very poor in communication, had to follow-up several times to get an answer, and the worst is they lie about their location! They claim that they are in US, but they shipped the watch to me from Hongkong! If I wanted to order from HK I would have dobe that, when I choose US dealers, it means that I want faster and trustworthy shipping! Had to pay extra duties because it was from HK, plus it took 2 weeks to deliver! I even had to beg for tracking number to clear it from border! The watch condition says its brand new, but it seems it was presold to someone else, the warranty card shows that it was sold in mid summer, but I got it in November! Have to keep the watch as it was a super late gift but I absolutely disappointed. Never recommend this dealer.

FedEx Shipping box used to ship the watch was too small which resulted in the corner of the watch box to be crushed-It wasn’t apparent when delivered and signed for. Communications could’ve been better and it took both Chrono24 and myself, through emails, to determine when the watch was going to be shipped. Warranty card wasn’t fully filled out. Watch was as displayed. Not sure that I would use watchshopping.com inc again for future purchases, especially on higher end watches.

Watch was listed as "new condition" while the watch itself was perfect. I was shipped to me in a clear plastic box with just the warranty card. Dealer stated (Feb 1st) that they "misplaced" the original box and would order a new box and ship to me. I never got it, emails to ask where the box is went unanswered.
