Buyer's comment:

The pictures were of a completely different watch than what was shipped. The seller never apologized or offered a concession. They instead berated me for taking too long to ship the product back...at my cost.

Dealer's comment:

True wrong watch was sent to buyer…I acknowledged and apologized for the error and offered to accept as a return. I also offered a discount to correct with a different watch, or he could keep the watch that was sent ($400 more expensive). Buyer kept the wrong watch for 15 additional days with no communication before deciding to return it. It was eventually returned with wear (sweat marks on strap) 18 days after receipt.

The pictures and description was misleading. I didn’t expect the scratches that I received on the watch face.

I offered you a full refund but you wanted money and chose to keep the watch?? You were looking to extort a partial refund. Who would choose to keep a watch instead of getting a full refund unless the watch was exactly as pictured and described??? Bad Buyer!!
