I returned the item, a replacement Longines watch strap, because it was not as described. It was patent "leather", I didn't order patent. I'm not even sure it was leather, it smelled very "plasticky" and was pretty flimsy and not what I would expect for $200+/£150. It was supposed to be genuine Longines merchandise but didn't compare at all to the original strap on my watch. Returning it was no problem and my refund has been confirmed.
