Pur non essendo molto chiaro se aveva capito che il prezzo proposto era compreso il trasporto, ha accettato la cifra, aumentato del trasporto, che ad ogni modo è esagerato per trasporto in Italia

Noi abbiamo accettato l'offerta esattamente così come ci è arrivata da Lei, non la abbiamo modificata assolutamente, ne abbiamo aggiunto noi spese di nessun tipo. Nel momento in cui ha formulato l'offerta probabilmente c'è stato un qualche tipo di incomprensione che non è dipeso assolutamente da noi. Le chiederemmo quindi gentilmente di rimuovere o modificare questa sua valutazione poichè ci teniamo particolarmente a riflettere con le valutazioni lo standard elevato di attenzione che abbiamo verso il cliente.
