Chrono24 site doesn’t allow to select shipping cost by the weight. The box is made out of wood and very heavy. The difference in the shipping cost was 1/3 cost of the box. I asked the buyer to pay the difference. He was not understanding and not willing to pay the difference in shipping cost. So I canceled her order, that’s why the box was not shipped!

Der Artikel weist ein sehr schlechter Zustand, das verklebte Ausenbereich löst sich komplett vom Innenfutter. Schlechter Zustand des Art. Ist nirgendwo erwähnt. Bin sehr Enttäuscht für das Geld ausgegeben zuhaben.

The watch was tested before the shipment. Everything was ok except the damaged band. The watch was returned in much worse condition including the band than it was shipped!

2 months delay to ship the watch. Obviously watch was not ready to be sent and needed services Tax/VAT born on the buyer.

1. Delay was 30 days not 2 months. Because the watch had to be serviced. The buyer got $150 value service free of charge. 2. Before ordering the buyer acknowledged : “I am aware that additional custom duties and import taxes might be charged”. But assumed the seller pays VAT. 3. The item description was precise! The buyer didn’t find it necessary to read it before buying and assumed the size looking at the pictures only. 4. The communication with the buyer was regularly.
