Grund für meine Bestellung war unter anderem, dass der Händler (im Gegensatz zur Konkurrenz) die Uhr als kurzfristig verfügbar inseriert hat. Das tatsächliche Lieferdatum wurde erst kommuniziert, nachdem ich die Bestellung 2 Wochen nach Zahlungseingang wieder storniert hatte.
Schade das Sie mit unseren Service nicht zufrieden waren. Es ist natürlich schwierig für einen Händler ein begehrtes Modell zu reservieren, wenn es im Bestellungsprozess erst nach mehreren Tagen zu einer Bezahlung kommt Es kann immer zu Lieferverzögerungen kommen und dies haben wir Ihnen auch vor Ihrer Stornierung kommuniziert MfG Ihr Fabel-Time Team

Sorry that you was not happy with our Service. We take the watch without any Problems back. We send you 2 Labels for sending back because you missed the first one.You get the money immediately back, so we really not understand the bad review

Bell & Ross ...
I placed the order dec 21. Order accepted dec 27 and then no response to my messages for many days regarding shipping. Jan 8 they finally came back to me saying the shipment will be delayed another 45 days due to misunderstandings between them and another dealer. Would have been nice, if this was communicated from the beginning.
We dont know from the Beginning that the authorized Dealer made a mistake and already sold the watch and have to Order a new one

The comment to the purchase of: Bell & Ross BR 03-94 CE Summary: Broken watch. Poor communication. No warranty (cancelled). 1. The shipping took 3 weeks, not 1-2 weeks as advertised. 2. The watch arrived broken - problems to start it running, 30 minutes delay during just a couple of hours, stopped completely the next morning. I asked for a new one or a refund. 3. After weeks of disputes, I was informed that it was repaired, and I cannot get a new one or any refund. Also, insinuating that I had hit the watch. Not true! 4. Moreover, the 2 years warranty had been cancelled, and I have now just the 12 month warranty for the repair that was made. A very bad experience in terms of communication and in terms of resolving the problem, that I had not caused myself. If you want some experience - probably you'd better find some Authorised Dealer, if you look for a price - take a risk.

Fabel is a very untrustworthy seller. They did not communicate with me in a timely manner and while the initial delivery was marked to arrive in 1-2 weeks, the delivery ended up taking almost two months after the initial expected delivery. The entire time, the communication was limited and I felt I had gotten scammed.

Shipment & delivery was marked as 2-3 weeks it ends up in total of 5 weeks from the time payment was authorized until I hold the watch in my hands. Communication with merchant can be more efficient.
