Good morning, Indeed, our watches are registered under orders because some rare models that we put online are likely to be ordered from the supplier but 95% of our models present on Chrono24 are in stock and this is how we are referenced within of this site. We made you a proposal on July 5 which you accepted on July 7, in the meantime you questioned our word on the availability of the watch while we certify that it was indeed in stock. In addition, we were even transparent when a buyer positioned himself on the watch on our site in France. So we warned you that the first buyer who pays for his order will get the watch. You have decided not to follow up and the Chrono24 system, which after a certain number of days without payment from the customer, renders the proposal null and void. You also blamed us for the response time when we always replied to tell you, it's in stock! Today you dare to send us this comment, it is from our point of view more than severe and does not reflect the reality of the facts. Which is a pity. The watch is still on sale because the other potential buyer has retracted following a personal concern. It's up to you to see what happens next. Hello, we very much regret your negative review of our services. Indeed, as exchanged on several occasions, the watch you received was the right one. The photos on the advert were sent to us by the brand itself. The other competing sites offer the same photos. The photos on the advert have been changed by Chrono24 and your order has been refunded as you no longer wished to keep the watch, which was the correct model with the correct serial number.

I Dont anderstand about transport : departure 27/08 => delivery 9/09 from France to Saoudie Arabia. It is a normal delay. Watch price was 95€, you have paid for a standard delivery a cost of 25€ and you expect to be delivered in express with DHL that costs 79€ to 90€ for 5 days ??? For the watch, if you dont like : you can send it back : refund is still an option. Best regards

It appears we do have a problem with that order. The watch was out of order, then the replacement item arrived late and to finish, because we have checked the new one, our team did not put back plastic protection or any. At last, we are sorry, of course, but for money, discount was altready 20%.

Hello The delivery, for last kilometers are up to the transporter. It has changed this we were not aware, we appologise about that. To create an acount is a question of law : we are professional, as you noticed. We have to declare VAT for all exportation in Belgium, and for that we have to synchronise chrono24 with our website. Since we have sells on chrono24 we do this, you are the first to complain. Dont hesitate to send us back the watch : we will cancel and delete all date. Best regard
