Buyer's comment:
I asked the photos before this deal, the dealer said he packed already for shipping once I paid. So we just talked about the condition and warranty card year which is brand new and 2019 e-card before transaction. When I got the piece I found the screws stripped, bumps and the year is 2017 not 2019. I asked for the explanation and solution. The dealer responses the price of the watch went up he asks me to return it to him. In my opinion whatever the piece went up or not the dealer should take responsibility for the mistake and bumps. If I return it to him. I should pay for the shipping cost and tax. It’s unacceptable!!
