Die Uhr sollte in 5-6 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang geliefert werden. Die Uhr wurde nach 15 Werktagen geliefert. Nach 7 Werktagen wurde der Versand mit geteilt, und ein paar Stunden wieder abgesagt. Auf meine Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Die Verpackung war sehr gut.

Really slow process overall. Took 5 days to accept an offer; after that, 16 days gone by and nothing happened, i have been not informed about anything. The item was not in stock. Sorry, but i would not recommend it. In 2022, in europe, the normal delivery time is 2-3 working days, not more.

Prinzipiell war die Seiko Presage im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Ich habe mich an der Beschreibung bzw. den Abbildungen orientiert und die Uhr mit Zifferblatt Blau bestellt. Real hat das Zifferblatt wenig bis fast nichts, mit Blau zu tun. Da es das Zifferblatt auch in Grau bzw. Silber gibt, hab ich den Händler über seine Info email angeschrieben um zu fragen, ob meine "Blaue" normal ist. Ich war dem Händler bis heute keine Antwort wert. Schade, die Uhr ist so wie sie ist, sehr schön und ich erfreue mich daran.

Leider hatte der Händler die angebotene Uhr nicht an Langer, was er leider erst zwei Wochen nach Bestellung merkte.  Da er diese auch nirgends auftreiben konnte, bot man mir eine Ersatzuhr an, die aber nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprach. Die Kommunikation mit dem Händler verlief einigermassen zufriedenstellend.  Was mich aber sehr stört, wenn man die Verfügbarkeit einer Uhr anfragt, heisst es von Händlerseite, die Ware sei ab eigenem europäischem Lager verfügbar.  Dies scheint aber nicht ganz so zu sein, der Händler beginnt erst nach der Uhr zu suchen, wenn die Zahlung bei Chrono24 eingegangen ist. Findet man eine Uhr nicht, heisst es dann, es habe im Lager eine Verwechslung gegeben. Ob das immer so läuft, kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil das die erste und letzte Uhr war, die ich bei diesem Händler versucht habe zu kaufen.  Hätte man das von Anfang an transparent kommuniziert, wäre die Enttäuschung am Schluss bedeutend geringer. Dennoch bin ich dankbar für diese Erfahrung, ich kaufe Uhren jetzt wieder beim Hersteller direkt, oder beim Konzessionär.

El reloj venía en perfectas condiciones, pero faltaba el embalaje original de citizen, tampoco venía manual del reloj, solo una tarjeta de garantía. Una decepción como coleccionista. Me siento algo defraudado.

The watch that I purchased as brand new with papers was delivered with the wrong manual. I understand that mistakes happen however, I would expect them to prioritise this and rectify the issue ASAP for such a significant sale. Communication before the purchase was good however, as soon as I purchased the watch and pointed this out to them, the communication became very poor. It was days between replays which I suspect was just a delaying tactic so that they can get the money. They have assured me that the correct manual was resent to me however after almost twice as long as it took for the watch to arrive and with no proof that it was actually sent (no tracking number etc), I still haven’t received the correct manual. I have lost faith that I will actually get the correct manual so future buyers, beware! Their support after the sale is made is terrible!

Kindly note that your partner is not cooperative at all! and I also asked to be sent within the deadline! your partner except that he delivers it late! which has not been sent yet! Also, all postal companies operate fine all over the world! it is very professional to take responsibility rather than use excuses! I'm sorry I chose you

More than a week after I had ordered the watch, I still had no reaction from the seller about the confirmation of my order.

Initially the communication was excellent. However after informing me that there is a delay with my order, the seller ceased communication. After two weeks of trying to get updates on my order (and three weeks in total since last message from the seller), I resorted to Chrono24 team to prompt the seller to communicate with me, but even this did not convince the seller to communicate with me. Eventually I had to cancel my order, which unfortunately prompted the seller to contact me immediately but with no special solution other than an apology.

Habe 4 Wochen nach Bestellung und umgehender Bezahlung auf die Uhr warten müssen. Dann wurde nicht wie beschrieben das Herrenmodell sondern das Damenmodell geliefert. Umgehende Rücksendung am 21.10.20 per DHL Express. Bis heute (02.11.20) keine Eingangsbestätigung der Fa. Helvetic AG. Daraufhin Anruf bei Chrono24. Gewohnt freundlich hat Chrono24 den Sachverhalt für mich zur Zufriedenheit klären können. Nochmal Danke an das Team von Chrono 24.

Pretended to have a watch in stock but did not have it eventually, they came up with every excuse. I lost 2 months of my time.

I bought a Hamilton Khaki Field Chrono where the description stated that the watch was 11 mm thick. From other sites I could read that the watch was 15 mm thick. Therefore, I explicitly asked the dealer if the watch was 11 mm or 15 mm thick. The dealer replied that the watch was 11 mm thick. Upon receiving the watch, I could clearly see with my eyes and then measure that the watch was 15 mm thick. I bring this to the attention of the dealer and write that I wish to cancel the deal. The dealer tries to prevent the cancellation by first offering me an extended service for 2 years. This means that the watch will be repaired faster if necessary. When I reject this, the dealer tries to give me a 10% discount. I also reject this but write to the dealer why I am not satisfied that the dealer does not bother to measure the clock when I ask about it and ask the dealer professionally to understand that there is a significant difference in an ir that is 15 mm thick compared to a watch that is 11 mm thick. The dealer does not respond to this at all. The deal was canceled and it was a sad experience in every way.

watch was almost 2 weeks late by the time i canceled. whether this was because of the current situation or not i believe this was far too long also because of the long delays between message replies of around 2- 3 days at the earliest

The seller offers goods which he does not have in stock. Later he tries to suggest something different. Personally, I do not recommend.

Ad shoved total of four pictures, two different watches with 2 pictures of each In description it says multi-frequency radio-controlled solar movement which was confirmed by communication with seller, but I received solar movement. Attempted to contact seller unsuccessfully. Will open dispute.

They showed an edition with a knife, but delivered an edition without a knife. I contacted them but they only said sorry and didn't do anything about it. And now they changed the photos..

I am deeply disappointed by the fact that I received with a delay in the delivery a watch that does not work. The battery is empty. The dealer has not responded to the last message.

La montre correspond tout à fait à mon attente. L’alliance des couleurs noir et orange est très réussie. J’apprécie tout spécialement les aiguilles de type compteur d’avion. En revanche, très déçu du délai de 12 jours de livraison (2 à 6 j sur l’annonce). Il a fallu que je demande l’annulation de ma commande pour que le vendeur réagisse. Pendant tout ce temps aucune nouvelle du vendeur, juste une explication post livraison pour essayer de justifier le délai. Emballage Ok.
