Here at Watch My Diamonds we pride ourselves on quality timepieces and most importantly we always strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. Our description clearly stated that it is a vintage Rolex watch, model number 16014 which is from 1980's. We explained that Rolex itself used to make watches thinner back in a days and the exact measurement of 36mm model is 35.5mm, but all official Rolex documentations state that it considers to be 36mm. We understand that sometimes purchases do not meet expectations once you receive it in real life and we reached out to you via chrono24 offering you a full refund for the timepiece, because your satisfaction is of most importance to us. We offered you a fully insured prepaid shipping label and as soon as we would receive the item, 100% refund would be issued the same day. However, you decided to keep the watch. Thank you again for your feedback, please let us know if you will change your mind. We will be more than happy to further assist you and provide updated label for return.

The watch is the same that the dealer promise me to sell, but the diamonds’ specimens (I.e. color and clarity) I checked on the watch are not the ones that the dealer wrote me and declare me to be. They are much worse. It means that the value of the product (watch + installed diamonds) is lower respect what I paid and, for the moment, no price’s adjustments are been proposed by the seller!
