Why would you not reach out to us if you had an issue? The watch fits up to an 8 inch wrist as it is brand new on the strap it left the factory with. The manual was most certainly included as well as the warranty cards, as they came from the factory. Also, how could we have followed up when you did not send us any message after you received the watch to indicate there was any issue?

El reloj llegó sin la documentación que en la propaganda se decía que venía. Cuando la enviaron tuve que pagar 11 € añadidos de coste de aduanas por dicha documentación, cuando debió llegar con el reloj y no tener ningún coste para mi. Finalmente, el reloj ha llegado en mal estado, porque se le ha caído un tornillo y la correa no cierra. Les pregunté si la garantía me permitía llevarlo a Bulgari para su arreglo, pero no me lo han garantizado. En definitiva, no puedo recomendar a este comerciante.

As stated in the listing the watch comes with a 2 year warranty from ShopWorn, it does not come with the manufacturer's warranty. The watch shipped in perfect condition so it must have been banged around in transit, and we offered to fix it ourselves or get a quote from Bvlgari to fix it. We can certainly reimburse you for the 11 euro customs fee on the papers, you did not let us know about this. We are always here to help and rectify any situation should something go wrong on our end.

El reloj estaba calificado como "sin usar (sin señales de uso)" sin embargo, tiene señales de haber sido destapado, rayones marcados cerca de la tapa trasera y en la banda, lo cual me incomodó mucho. Si van a vender un reloj usado y con rayones, al menos indiquen que es un artículo "muy bueno" o "bueno" y no engañen al cliente. Finalmente no lo puedo devolver porque me resultaría más costoso.

Заказали часы которые были представлены с синимии цифрами ,нужна была именно эта модель.Пришла модель с зелёными цифрами.Учитывая то что часы шли через пол мира ,вернуть обратно нет возможности.Продавец заранее зная что на сайте представлено одно ,а по факту отправляется другой вариант даже не предупредил об этом.

I sent several emails concerning the packaging and condition of the contents. I found the watch improperly packed and missing the critical operation manual for the watch. Also, I found the leather wrist strap 3.5 cm short. It appears the strap is for a woman, not an adult male. At this point I am not pleased with my purchase, or follow-up after my purchase.
