Die Uhr wurde nach Bezahlung nie verschickt, auf Nachfrage wurde die Verzögerung mit schlechten Ausreden erklärt und immer weiter in die Zukunft verschoben.

Die Rückmeldung nach meinem Kauf und der Bezahlung zog sich über eine Woche hin und musste mehrmals von Chrono24 und auch einmal von mir angemahnt werden. Schließlich wurde die Uhr als unverkäuflich dargestellt und mir einen Rabatt auf eine andere Uhr angeboten. Das mit dem Rabatt ist zwar nett, aber es handelt sich ja hierbei auch um keine besonders seltene Uhr und ein gewerblichen Händler von Uhren. Außerdem wünsche ich mir eine sehr zeitnahe Kommunikation, denn das ist ja nicht erst nach über einer Woche aufgefallen, dass die Uhr kaputt war.

Leider am Ende nicht zu empfehlen. Ein guter Preis alleine reicht heutzutage halt nicht mehr. Den Kunden wochenlang hinhalten, ihn dann durch Falschaussagen quasi als Lügner hinzustellen und dann auch noch frech werden, ist fast nicht mehr zu übertreffen. Einmal und nie wieder. Die Ware war am Ende gut verpackt, aber die Kommunikation und die Versanddauer war sehr sehr grenzwertig. Das nächste Mal gebe ich lieber etwas mehr aus und kaufe bei einem renommierten Händler.

Unfortunately, the item I purchased wasn’t shipped to me, even after 10 days. I canceled my purchase, because I wasn’t prepared to wait I indefinitely for delivery of my watch. I figure my order just fell through the cracks with the dealer. These things happen sometimes. I’m sure the dealer will do better next time.

After my price offer was accepted by the store, I had additional questions regarding the watch as the description was missing. Even though the watch was reserved for me, I was told the watch been sold already. In general, the description on publication is not accurate and has mistakes. (The model is not day-date as described, dimmentions and other details are missing).

Watch ordered and paid. Since no watch arrived I asked when I could expect it. The seller claimed that the (new) watch was not in good order and therefore did not send it. It would have been more professional if the seller immy informed me proactively instead of reacting after me asking when the shipment would finally arrive.

Ware wurde seitens Reseller mit 3 Wochen Lieferzeit angegeben ( hätte sonst nicht gekauft ) nach fast 9 Wochen ( inkl. Einer lierzeitverängerungen und versprechen das ich die Ware seitens des Resellers Bzw. Laco dann aber garantiert bekäme) bekam ich ne Mail das es weitere 8 Wochen dauern wird) … ich musste aber immer wieder als Käufer initiativ nach den Status der Lieferung fragen …

When I followed up on my order (they did not follow up with me) I was informed that the item was "damaged" and could not be sold. Since it was not available on the Hamilton website either, I suspect they never had it in stock. Only they know the truth.

Plus d'un mois après la commande, le vendeur n'avait toujours envoyé aucune information sur l'envoi de la montre. Apparemment ils ont vendu la montre sans l'avoir en stock et on eu des problèmes d'approvisionnement avec leur fournisseur.

Gute und schnelle Kommunikation, jedoch erfolgte nach über 4 Wochen immernoch kein Versand der Artikel.

Mauvaise communication, le délai affiché était de 3 à 5 jours avant envoi, pas de nouvelles du vendeur et quand on le contacte il faut attendre 1 mois… Le mieux serait de prévenir dès le départ.

After accepting my offer on the watch ,which was ever close to the asking price .there was no communication for 3 weeks ,when they said the watch was no longer available !They did offer a alternative but as it was for a Christmas present this was not good

Erst kam die falsche Uhr an (falsches Ziffernblatt in einer anderen Farbe als angegeben), dann durfte ich noch 50€ drauf zahlen, da der Preis nichts komplett zurück erstattet wurde da auf dem Band ein Mikrokratzer war und letztendlich durfte ich noch einige Tage warten, bis der Verkäufer den Artikel als Rückversand angenommen hat. Ich warte nun auf mein Geld. Find es echt schade, Versand und Verpackung gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Il prodotto risultava disponibile con data di consegna stimata dopo 7gg dal pagamento. Dopo il Trusted Checkout sono stato contattato privatamente per essere informato che il prodotto non sarebbe stato disponibile prima di 45gg, tralasciando il fatto che il commerciante parla solo in tedesco, trovo tutto ciò totalmente inaccettabile.

The clock was not working when I got it. I immediately contacted the salesman and described the problem. The salesman suggested in writing that I take the watch to watchmakers ,fix the error and that the seller should bear the cost. I did exactly as the salesman suggested and took a receipt for the work done. After the work has been done, the salesman has refused to pay the cost.

Habe lange auf die Uhr gewartet, aber auf einmal ist sie defekt und kann nicht geliefert werden. Da war ich natürlich enttäuscht, denn da hätte man früher Bescheid sagen können.

Dès que ma commande a été validée par mon paiement trés vite je me suis rendu compte que la montre n'était pas en stock .J'ai demandé des precisions et confirmations,ce vendeur a préféré annuler ma commande. Ce vendeur a publié une annonce sur votre site sans préciser l'indisponibilité de la montre. Ce n'est pas normal! Cette montre était un cadeau anniverssaire hélas j'avais fait le mauvais choix! Je précise que l'annulation de ma commande par le vendeur n'a pas était accompagnée d'une quelconque inemnité!

Sehr dubios, nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn man bei Zeitlounge gekauft hat, sollte man sich vor Retouren sehr exakte Bilder unter Zeugen anfertigen, da man mit Anschuldigungen über vermeintliche Schäden konfrontiert werden kann.

He didn't to answer my questions about the watch only after i payed for , only to find out the watch had a different movement in it (which he wrongly mentions in descriptions , and accurate in the title (posible click bait) The thing is i've lost 15 euros due to conversion rates

Vorsicht!!!! Es wurde mir mangelhafte Ware zugesandt, dann 2x in angeblich hochwertigere Ware getauscht , weil ursprünglich ausgesuchte Uhr nicht lieferbar war. Zusätzliche Gebühr und ursprünglichen Kaufpreis bis heute nicht zurück erhalten, obwohl die Ware vor 20 Tagen in Empfang genommen wurde!!! Sehr freche Kommunikation, nachdem man den Widerruf getätigt hat.
