the seller did not sell a correct item, it said 3 times that it was an automatic watch, but turned out to be a hand-wound watch. and there was obvious damage, while it said no damage. so not a reliable advertisement. and the solution is to send it back for which I have to pay the costs. I am very sorry that the problem was not resolved properly by the seller.

We take full responsibility for the description error. All Ref. 6694 Oyster Date's are manual hand winding. This is a vintage watch with its original riveted bracelet. When you contacted us we offered you to return the watch for any repair issues or for a full refund. You declined this and opted for a partial refund to keep the watch as is. If you are not happy with the watch you can still return it for a full refund.

J'ai acheté pour la première fois une montre aux USA . Un ami était à NY et le vendeur n'a pas voulu me rendre le service de livrer la montre personnellement . J'ai fait donc appel au service de coursier de l'hôtel de mon ami : coût de a blague 100€ et la montre n'était pas à la boutique ce jour ci (à l'atelier en révision). Finalement un second ami est allé récupérer la montre en personne. Tout ça pour ne pas rendre un service !
