Agreed to sell a vacheron overseas and they highlighted the delivery would be 3 months. I then sent the money. After a few months, I got in contact asking about the estimated delivery. They then said they had no guarantee they would ever receive the watch from an A.D, and they couldn’t give me a estimated time as a result. They were however always polite and easy to deal with.

Le vendeur a répondu très tardivement à mes messages. Suite au traitement tardif de la commande, j'ai moi-même téléphoné au vendeur qui ne parle pas un mot de français (contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur sa fiche). J'ai donc pris contact avec Chrono 24 pour qu'il intervienne auprès de ce dernier. En effet, il n'était pas indiqué sur le site la mention "réservé" comme il est d'usage après achat. Je précise que vous avez communiqué au vendeur le jour même de mon achat (le 12/02/20) qu'il pouvait m'expédier la montre. Il a fallu votre intervention et 15 jours d'attente avant que je reçoive celle-ci. Ce vendeur n'est pas sérieux. A fuir.
