Investing >20k EUR for a watch requires trust and good communication and again: Trust. Very quick and responsive communication upfront and watch was offered as full set and flawless condition. I placed the order and a days later I was told that watch and papers will be shipped separately due to insurance rules. Sounds pretty uncommon to me but accetable. Shipping and packing were perfect and fast. However doesnt receive the outside box which suppose to part of full set. Watch look very nice on the first sight. Looking closer, small dust could be seen on the watch face. Furthermore the watchface had some red imperfections which looked like moisture issues. Asked seller but I was told the watch was freshly serviced, no issues... I brought the watch to my dealer and after opened it turned out that some moisture was insight in the past and heavy rust on parts of the movement. Communicated back but Seller stated that everything was as described on pictures & text. Of course no one would buy a watch for this price with moisture issues. Absolutely no solution offered from dealer except of sending back for service but I didnt want to sent back and forth and having more suprises. Agreed on a pretty small compensation and I will service it at Rolex properly. Summary - maybe a good dealer overall but this case is inacceptable and I couldn't recommened.

Uhr war nicht wie beschrieben! War angegeben Uhr ist im Full-Set allerdings haben 4 Glieder gefehlt und die Box war auch nicht die dazu gehörige Box. Trotz Rücksprache mit dem Händler war es nicht möglich die fehlenden Glieder zu bekommen. Man hat zwar noch 1 geliefert allerdings passte es nicht zu der von uns gekauften Uhr.

A fatica ho ottenuto qualche foto in più rispetto a quelle dell'annuncio e l'orologio è stato spedito quattro giorni dopo l'avvenuto pagamento. A parte questo, sono molto soddisfatto per l'orologio.

Le vendeur m'a assuré que je n'aurais aucun frais en Guadeloupe, j'avais le choix d'envoyer en France Métropolitaine ou en Guadeloupe (cadeau). Il m'a assuré qu'en Europe je n'aurais aucun frais : total plus de 600€ entre l'octroi de mer, la TVA (bien que d'occasion), et Fedex m'a demandé de venir le chercher (bateau + location de voiture car j'habite Marie Galante). J'avais demandé de ne surtout pas expédier par Fedex mais par Dhl, et voila... comment être satisfait... La montre est conforme mais les conseils je suis terriblement déçu. Quant au SAV, le responsable m'a demandé ce qui n'allait pas... et depuis aucune nouvelles... c'est ma deuxième montre par Chrono 24, la première livrée comme demandé par Dhl et aucun frais... je ne commanderai plus tant pis.

The watch clearly wasn't in "Very Good" condition as the listing claimed. I'm aware that it was a preowned watch, but there was damages under the crystal on the dial surface. There were also several visible scratches on the bracelet and some holes in the watch case. I had a bad episode when talking with the seller; I had just found a small hair under the crystal, I mentioned this to him and he said that maybe I had put it there. That wasn't a very smart thing to say.

Ich habe eine Omega Speedmaster Reduced gekauft, nachdem ich einen Preisvorschlag gesendet habe, der auch sehr zeitnah angenommen wurde. Das Geld habe ich am Tag darauf überwiesen. Zwei Tage später kam die Meldung von Fedex, dass das Paket bei Ihnen angekündigt wurde. Dann passierte leider über eine Woche nichts. Auf Anfrage und Nachfrage durch Chrono24 wurde das Paket dann verschickt. Als die Uhr bei mir angekommen ist, stand ein Glied des Armbandes heraus. Ich habe das beim örtlichen Juwelier richten lassen. Dieser sagte mir, dass das Armband so ausgeleiert ist, dass Omega die Uhr so nicht mehr raus geben würde wenn man sie einschickt, da die Gefahr sie zu verlieren zu groß sei. Zudem steht der obere Knopf zu weit raus und ist nicht richtig befestigt. Um diesen fest zu machen muss das Werk zum Teil entfernt werden. Das bedeutet weitere Kosten. In der Beschreibung stand: gebraucht, Zustand sehr gut. Ich bekam eine vermutlich automatisierte Mail des Händlers ob ich zufrieden sei. Ich habe ihm alles geschildert aber leider keine Antwort mehr darauf erhalten. Ich erhoffe mir auf diese Bewertung eine Reaktion und einen Lösungsvorschlag.

Ich kann diesen Händler nicht empfehlen! Der Händler verspricht einen Versand innerhalb von 24/48 Stunden. Nachdem meine Zahlung einging, passierte ersteinmal nichts. Auf Nachfrage gab der Händler mir eine Trackingnummer und behauptete, dass sich die Uhr im "Depot von FedEx" befinde. Eine Anfrage bei FedEx ergab, dass die Uhr überhaupt nicht übergeben, sondern nur ein Transport bestellt wurde. Eine Woche später traf die Uhr schließlich ein. In der Beschreibung gab der Händler an, dass die Uhr eine Revision durch eigene Uhrmacher erhalten habe. Als die Uhr eintraf gab ich sie zur Überprüfung an meinen Uhrmacher. Dieser stellte - nach dem er die Uhr entmagnetisierte hatte - fest, dass die Uhr eine Amplitude von 183 aufwies und sicher keine Revision erhalten hat. Mit diesen Fakten konfrontiert erklärte mir der Händler, dass sich die Amplitude durch den Transport verschlechtert habe, er aber bereit sei, die Uhr wieder abholen und überarbeiten zu lassen. Da ich zusätzlich feststellte, dass die Uhr mit einer Schmetterlingsschließe versehen war, mit der dieses JLC-Modell nicht ausgeliefert wurde, verzichtete ich und musste die Uhr auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken. Obwohl der Händler die Uhr zwei Tage später erhielt und sie sofort wieder bei Chrono24 zum Verkauf einstellte, verhinderte er die Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises, indem er den Erhalt der Uhr nicht bestätigte. Meine Nachfragen wurden ignoriert, so dass ich schließlich den Kundenservice von Chrono24 einschalten musste. Mit Hilfe des Kundenservises erhielt ich nach über zwei Wochen endlich mein Geld. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich nicht auf das Angebot des Händlers eingegangen bin und die Uhr über seine Homepage bestellt habe.

We have shipped the watch as advertised and as we do usual and you received the watch on time 3-6 days after order as described , the watch was after revision so is impossible that it has 183 amplitude ! the watch was perfect as all our watches . we think simply that you dident like the watch and you just find sommes reasons to cansell the order , you have 14 days to do that so no use to find reasons and to write wrong think about us for nuthink . you gate refunded 3-4 days later not because of us it because of the procedure by chrono24 .

Le verre de la montre est tombé le lendemain de sa réception ce qui m’a contraint de la déposer chez Jaeger-Le-Coultre pour une remise en état. Par ailleurs la boucle de fermeture ne tenait pas et l’horloger chez JLC m’a indiqué qu’elle avait été bricolée, avec des pièces qui ne sont pas de chez eux. Pas d’autre choix que de changer la boucle (470€)! Côté vendeur, ils n’assument pas du tout le problème. Ils m’ont juste demandé de retourner la montre car manifestement ils ne souhaitent pas du tout que l’horLoger du fabricant intervienne sur la montre! Bref passer votre chemin...

Seller took 7 days after funds were confirmed to ship the watch. When I received the watch on Feb 5th, it was already not keeping accurate time (losing 5-10 minutes per day not on a consistent basis). Seller supposedly offers a 36 month service warranty. Currently still waiting on him to honor this warranty but I am not holding my breath. His communication is not acceptable, I was always chasing him down to get updates on shipping or this service warranty. Have not heard anything back in over a week.

I purchased an IWC Big Pilot from Joaillerie Royale at a very good price, I thought. Watch was despatched very quickly, but packaging not really what you would expect for a £6000 watch. Upon inspection I noticed the casing was dented at the 7 O'clock position and also some more marks at the 6 O'clock position and also at the 4. I relayed my concerns to Simon, owner of Joaillerie Royale, and he said he would arrange to collect the watch, polish it and return it to me. Said someone in the shop must have dropped the watch before it was sent to me, thought you would thoroughly check a watch before sending it from Belgium to UK. This all happened between christmas and new year. Simon told me he would arrange collection after he returned from holiday. FedEx arrived to collect the watch from me on 8th January and Simon comfirmed it was back with him. I then told him I did not want the watch as I thought it wasn't just a polish out job, it had obviously been hit or dropped and I didn't want it or feel comfortable owning it. This is the point Simon became very difficult, told me he wouldn't refund the money as it was past the fourteen days - even though Simon had gone on holiday!! After a number of messages back and forward, with Simon stating that under no circumstances would he return me my money, his wife also sent me a message stating this. I contacted Chrono24's mediation service and they sorted out the problem in a couple of days. Ultimately I can't recommend Joaillerie Royale, the pictures posted in the advert was not of the watch at the time he sold it to me, I would have seen the damage. He could have sorted this ammicably but chose to be difficult, hence this review. I don't like writing negative reviews, but he tried to have me over.

You ordered from us a IWC watch and I took care of you personally, we agreed to make you special discount and we agreed , we have shipped the watch in a very good condition as we usually do, some time after receiving the watch you contact us to tell us know that there is dents on the watch and you treaten to gate again discount by force , we dident agreed and we explained you that we could take it back polish it and sent you back all charges paid by us but again you insisted on having money that we refused , finally we agreed to take it back for you polish it , fews days later we sent you fedex to pick up the watch and itw ad done , before we received the watch by fedex you Informed us that you wished to cancel the sale and have it refunded, we accepted since you were always in time to have this refunded. why have you treated to pay you money when the watch was in your hand ? Why did you accepted the deal to pick up the watch from you to polish it and send you back and finally just the day when fedex got the watch you changed your mind and asked us for a full refund? We have accepted to refund you and youd did got your full money back but all this is very suspicious.

La montre est authentique, le bracelet non, mais comme représenté sur la photo. La montre est désignée comme dans un excellent état, mais à la réception elle ne fonctionne pas correctement. La livraison était prévue entre 2 et 6 jours. Elle est arrivée plus tard. Une communication quasi inexistante du vendeur pendant la vente... Plein de petits couacs qui font que je ne peux pas recommander ce vendeur.

I asked point blank before the purchase if the watch had it's original box, papers and documentation and they said, "Yes." They added, "It's such a beautiful watch." When the watch arrived, I immediately noticed the date would not change in the usual crown position, so I looked in the owners manual that was fitted and matched with the box. The owner's guide turned out to be for a quartz watch, but mine was automatic. When I contacted the seller, they said it was their mistake and they said they would send the correct one. The one they sent was for an automatic watch, but was a different color and did not fit the box. Their response was, "It's what we got from the previous owner, but what's most important is that you have a beautiful watch...." without the promised correct documentation of course. BTW, Chrono24 did nothing after my complaint, not even a response. They are worthless brokers and worthless in providing confidence in their marketplace.
