Regarding the item condition, as we have listed in our item page the item was in a "Very Good" condition, which means "worn with little to no signs of wear". Also, we have listed "as all of our items are secondhand watches, there may be some small damages." in our item description. We always do a final inspection before shipment to make sure the quality is good enough. As for this watch, we found out about the scuffs on the back cover and the non-aligned hand when doing this final inspection. Therefore as for the hand, we have proposed you to allow us to repair it before shipping. Regarding the poor communication, we are sorry that our staff did not check the previous dialogue history so she sent the higher offer price to you. We sincerely understand that this issue has caused you disappoint. To improve our service, we will improve our staff training and upload the photos related to the real condition. Watch box has an entire side ripped off and lots of damage. Watch manual has a tear on the spine.

To avoid misunderstandings, we have written "As all of our items are secondhand watches, there may be some small damages. As for antique watches, they may be deteriorated or may contain replacement parts."on the item page. In addition as for the definition of "Unworn Condition", it means the watch is in a ”Mint condition, without signs of wear. From old stockpile, may have minimal signs of wear from storage " which is also described on the item page. Although we have mentioned the above, we sincerely appreciate your honest feedback regarding this matter. The seller, Gallery Rare LTD in Japan, advertised an Omega Speedmaster 345.0808, which is the first steel Speedmaster sold with a display caseback (production of the first series started in about 1985 with the copper-finished caliber 863 movement), which I purchased. The 345.0808 version of the Speedmaster is rarer and more valuable than the more common Moonwatch with the solid caseback that was made at the time, the 145.022. The movement in the 145.022 version is the caliber 861 that also has a copper finish. Gallery rare sent me a watch with a case and 861 movement from a 145.022 and a mismatching display caseback from a 345.0808. The serial number from the watch that they sold me did not match the serial number listed on any of the paperwork provided nor did it align with the commonly assumed serial number range for the 345.0808 watches. In short, Gallery rare advertised a rare Speedmaster and sold me a watch that was a collection of parts from watches from different models and time periods, a fake, a frankenwatch. After a month of communication and dozens of emails, I was able to return the faked watch and my funds were returned to me, however, Gallery Rare would not contact DHL to assist me is collecting the $565 fee that I paid them (DHL) to import the watch from Japan to the US. Gallery Rare LTD has decided that it is acceptable to them for me to take financial responsibility for their sale of a faked Omega Speedmaster. Chrono24 has decided that their platform will be home to unscrupulous sellers, ones who sell falsified watches, and tacitly agrees with Gallery Rare that I should be financially responsible for the import duties levied on the sale of a fake watch. This experience was not worth the $565 cost. I offer the strongest caution to prospective buyers of Gallery rare LTD and reiterate that Chrono24 will offer options to communicate with unscrupulous sellers but will never take any financial responsibility for the shady transactions that occur on its platform. There is no way that I can ever recommend doing business with either entity.

I received an offer and an hour after that I accepted and paid. Suddenly I get the info that the watch is now sold after all. Unbelievable! Let's see if they at least do well and offer me the same watch soon.
