After making my purchase from Chrono24 I waited a week with no followup and when I called Exquisite Timepieces directly they said they didn't have the watch advertised in stock. I got annoyed with the salesperson I was speaking to because it felt like I was MAYBE being handled and MAYBE I mistook their sincerity for matching me with the perfect watch to wanting me to buy a completely different watch directly from them. I wanted the exact watch advertised on Chrono24 - THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT IT. I accept that some people have a great interaction with them and they're probably wonderful at what they do - maybe I'm oversensitive, but when it comes to my money I'm oversensitive.

I am sorry to hear this. It is very difficult to monitor our inventory 24/7 when we have over 80 watches coming in and out of our store everyday. Sometimes we are a few days behind on removing a listing from our site and Chrono24. I do apologize for the inconvenience. We try our very best to keep updated. We never tried to sell you a completely different watch. We offered you the same watch but brand new for the same price as the used watch. If you were willing to wait we could have made this happen but I understand if you were upset with the situation. We are one of the largest Seiko AD's and we do our best to get these pieces allocated, some take longer than others. At the end of the day, thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.

Upon receiving my package, I was sent the wrong watch. Then, it took a couple of my days for my watch to be shipped out. I had requested that the package be held at a FedEx location and the individual who was helping me did not make that change until I called. Overall, it was a lot of inconvenience.

I apologize for the inconvenience. This happens once in a blue moon. I shipped the correct watch out to you the next day and had a pre paid label sent to your email to have the incorrect Zodiac sent back to us. This was all resolved in 3 days. At the end of the day, I am glad we were able to sort things out and make it work. You have my direct line so I will be sure give you a very good price on the next one. Thank you

Description of the exterior condition was very accurate, but, when i received the watch, inside was also another crystal and gasket in a separate clear pouch. Had it been changed? If so, why? Being a higher end Seiko quartz, one frequent comment about this model is the precision in which the seconds hand hits all the markers. This one is okay from 12 to 5, but past that point is off as much as 40% between markers. The seconds hand is not pressed on it axis parallel to the dial? I messaged the seller with my concerns and was told to return the watch for credit, period. Fair enough, but I liked this one because it was still in factory wrap and in great condition. I offered to seller an alternative that If i paid a fee as part of a battery service, would they address the seconds hands issue. I never received a reply even after a second message. As far as shipping, what was weird is that I received a shipping notice one business day after my order and following the tracking number of shipment online, it showed it had gone out. Then I received another shipping notice a few days later with a different tracking number and this is the number it was delivered to me under resulting in my receiving package 4 days later than originally notified? I have followed this dealer and their listings on their website for a long time. I have heard many mentions of them on Youtube as well (Random Rob) and they always seemed like a class act. They may be, but I fell through the cracks I guess. I decided to keep the piece and at some point will have the seconds hand addressed. The communication was the failing point of this transaction, even if they had told me they weren't willing to address the seconds hand if i paid a fee, at least I would not had to assume that as a condition of keeping the watch.

No communication once watch was purchased. Canceled the item due to delayed shipping, once I canceled order, then the dealer informed me that they were on vacation. Perhaps that should have been stated at the time money was requested for the purchase.

Die Uhr hat Kratzer und Delle, aber der Händler sagte sie ist 10/10 fehlerfrei wie neu. Obwohl gibts es schon papiere für die Uhr, aber keine Info oder Fotos von dem Kaufdatum. Ich habe nach Gewischt gefragt, mir würde geantwortet: wir haben keine Waage da!!!
