Erst nach dem Versand informierte der Händler über einen massiven Mangel (das Band war an 2 Stellen stark beschädigt!). Dies hatte er auch zuvor bei der ausdrücklichen Anfrage meinerseits nicht erwähnt.

My intention was to fix the fault before shipping, but it turned out not possible so quickly. Instead I offered the buyer some possibilities to do this, and in the end I offered a refund according to the maximum amount the buyer was quoted by his clocksmith to repair the bracelet. It was made very clear that I’m offering the refund with the condition of not getting unreasonable negative feedback, which is what has now happened. I would like to cancel the deal for full refund and pay the shipping costs immediately. Also the feedback for shipping is totally unfair, my ad quotes 2-4 working days and it took three
