The dealer advised the watch was sent , but courier company did not receive the item. After several reminders to post the item, after 10 days it was still not picked up. I advised Chrono 24 and they cancelled the order and I purchased the watch from another dealer on the site with no issues.
Dear Valued Customer, Your order was prepared and handed over to the courier company but they didn't make the entrance because of a problem with the shipping label. After we noticed this problem, we have immediately contacted with them to solve the issue. We could also ship you another watch but without a prior notice, you have decided to cancel the order. TAG Heuer ...
Not very understanding for customer needs and very poor communication. Making false promises about manufacturer guarantee and then being difficult when customer does not want to keep the watch. Not living up to standards of fairness.
Dear Valued Customer, We have delivered a brand new watch to you. You wore it within the return period and returned a used watch to us by claiming a warranty issue. However, we have informed you about the manufacturer warranty several times and it was activated. Even this is the case, you returned the watch after using it. If you think that there is a problem with the watch or the papers, you can return it immediately. It's not fair to use the watch and return to the seller after using 2 weeks. We hope you will not do this again to other sellers.

Ich bleibe bei meiner vorheriger Bewertung. Miserabl . Ich kann und will ( auch nicht unter Zwang eine positive Bewertung abgeben zu müssen) denn eine defekte Uhr bleibt eine defekte Uhr. Ich habe jetzt nur laufereien wegen dieser Uhr,deswegen kauft man sich keine Neuware. Sollte diese Bewertung wieder zurückgewiesen werden,werde ich mich verbraucherschutz oder gar mit einem Fernsehteam in Verbindung setzten und dies offensichtlich machen.

Commerçant pas très réactif. J’ai dû le relancer à de nombreuses reprises pour avoir des informations sur le non envoi de mon achat dans les délais prévus. J’ai finalement annulé car il ne trouvait plus la boîte d’origine.
