I bought an Omega Seamaster described as “mint” , on receipt of the watch I inspected same, the bezel did not work. I emailed Govberg about the issue and they have never responded. I had to source an authorised Omega dealer in Ireland, drive two hours to them, they told me the bezel is faulty and has to go back to Omega for fixing. This will take 7 weeks and £50 for postage. Still no response from Govberg.
