The watch was shipped in a Rolex box, inside a bubble wrap envelope, inside a cardboard envelope, inside a flat rate "flat", not square, box. The package arrived damaged after traveling from CA to AL. There was only one image of a cartoon watch, no actual pictures of the watch. The watch arrived with a scuff on a gold section of the bracelet. I initiated a claim with C24 to return the item. I returned the item. Then the seller counter-claimed that I caused the scuff – even though I am the one that made the initial claim. I would not do business with this entity again. Not to be trusted.

Dealer's comment:

We check all items before shipping out. All watches are in unworn condition. The watch had a protective clear sticker on it and when we received the item back, those stickers had been removed which has caused the scratches. We stand 100% behind our watches and would give you a refund if the watch had come back to us in the same condition that was shipped out. The boxes are packed with care and we follow the shipping companies requirement. We double box everything to make sure that nothing happens to the watch box.

Does not have white tag as Advertise in pictures, the stickers were coming off on the bracelet and missing the plastic bezel protector which was also on the pictures. The Rolex box didn’t have the white sleeve cover. Spending premium for a watch should not have all these missing pieces. I returned the watch. Extremely disappointed.
