We tried our best to find a solution for this situation, we even offered you the possibility to return the watch, but you did not agree with our policy. It was clearly mentioned in the description the watch has signs of wear and scratches, also the scratch was visible in the picture we send you. As i previously mentioned into our conversation, the condition of a watch is based on several factors alongside its aesthetic. We are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced.

The leather strap was almost "rotten" = it was demolised and totally broken in one side. Unfortunately the seller just argued that the leather straps sometimes crack etc... anf that is was 100% okay before packageing etc. But from my point of view that is really not serious service . The leather strap for original watch cost more than 100 EURO and even though the seller offered me another watch with discount I am not satisfied regarding the service = obligations whenever you sell a produsct as defined okay and with no damaged etc...

Hello! As you could see from the pictures and video we sent you before the purchase, the leather strap was not damaged or broken when we shipped the package, the part that is glued next the lug probably came off during transport. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience!

I bought a Rolex from this company but once you buy and have a problem they don't come up with a solution. They hide behind so-called experts and come up with advice that is not correct. When winding the watch, I immediately felt that it was not working properly. The power reserve was less than 24 hours. The "expert" of this company told me that the watch had been sitting for a while and that if I wore it a lot, the power reserve would improve again. This was not true. I went to a watchmaker for a second opinion. The rotor turned out to be broken. The watch needed an overhaul and had to be tested for water resistance. The watch was already open and I had this defect and overdue maintenance done. The watchmaker assured me that the seller should have known this. I have asked the seller to come up with a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, he doesn't do anything at all. I have offered to share the costs myself. The seller has also responded negatively. He takes no responsibility! Beware of this seller!

As previously explained, we have a policy that we need to follow. You making a decision without discussing with us first is not correct. The watch did not have a problem (mechanical error), it was keeping time as you confirmed, but only needed a revision so that the power reserve would increase back to 2 days. As you know, we are selling pre-owned watches, it is normal that they are not in a "new" condition, but that's why the prices are also better. We understood the "problem" and tried to offer online support to understand the situation and to see what needs to be done next. However you did not gave us the chance to do anything because you made the decision of having the watch serviced without telling us until after it was done. You know from the start that our warranty does not cover service and you agreed. If there is a real problem with a watch and you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have 3 days to open mediation and return the watch. You had these options of returning or send it to us for repair, but you never mentioned you want to, instead you chose to do it your way 2 weeks later. The item was described correctly, we've answered all your questions and provided every information you asked for, delivery took 1 day and there were no problems. We take responsibility for everything we do, but we have to do things the right way and follow our company's policy.

Not original Rolex watch! I bought a Rolex 116610LN but watch is a not original Rolex. After receiving it has been checked for authenticity but finally it turned out the the watch is not original Rolex. The reference number is laser engraving, also bracelet is not original Rolex. Easy to verify by the engraving. Many problems with the return, finally I paid for return.

Dear Oliver, As you bought previous watch from us and everything was perfect with the watch, NOW, you just seems that you are not agree with the last watch you received. The watch is original 100% as we deal only with authentic watches. You created a hole trouble because It was so easy to send it back to our shop in 2 days as we sent us to you and get refounded!!! We received the watch over 20 days later!!!! This is unacceptable and I hope you will use the right shipping company. Also, for the comunication you give us 1 star and it seems rude because we answered at any questions and super fast!!!!

Watch prior the description on Chrono Very good. At arrival there were a noticeable damage. When I complained about it they only responded with that It shows slight signs of wear and scratches. The rest of the watch was oke bit with a centimeter long scratch on the bezel they had to mention it. At some point they stop reacting to my complaint. I would never buy an watch with these guys again!
