Kommunikation also nicht gut. Beschreibung fehlerhaft. Behalte die Uhr nur weil der Preis ok war. Verkäufer ist Nicht zwingend weiter zu empfehlen. Schade, Hatte anderes über den Händler gehört!!

The watch is not 100% brand new as described. The facture doesn’t have any seal on it. They stopped to talk with me from the moment I said the watch is not 100% new
I recommend a manicure!

Purchased an IWC BP Ref. nr. 5009-12 from 2016 - NEW -. Sadly the watch was not delivered with the correct specs for this model, but the dealer would not acknowledge this.

Accepted my offer and my payment, after many days of trying to pay on other forums and directly on their website, which was broken, and then they sold the watch to another buyer at a higher price. Very disappointing, never had such an experience in 20 years of buying and selling watches.
Dear buyer! I understand your disappointment, and if so, I am really sorry! The fact is, we needed 8,800.00 euros net for this watch! After we reduced the watch to the minimum. I apologize and accept your negative feedback. It has been running for too long and stupid. Sincerely yours Silvio Reichert

At first my experience with the dealer was good, with online conversations that were friendly and helpful. He offered a reduced price, given we were on the brink of the Covid economic collapse and I was unsure of my decision. However, once I'd accepted his offer and made my payment, service levels dropped dramatically. On showing a friend the photos, excited that I'd made the purchase, I noticed that the hands did not appear in the photographs to be the signature 'steel blue' so famously Breguet. So I wrote very politely to the dealer to ask him to confirm that the hands were 'steell blue'. He didn't answer. I wrote again. He didn't answer. So, noticing that the item hadn't shipped yet and keen to know this fact before it was shipped, I wrote asking him - again v politely - if he could be kind enough to answer within an hour and give me some reassurance. I hadn't bought from Chrono24 before and was beginning to get anxious that the watch was genuinely a Breguet. He wrote a v rude email back to me: "Why buy a watch when you are not sure ???? I don't know what to say! The hands are blue! Just send the watch back if you think it is not original! ... I think that's a little outrageous.... Just send the watch back!" I was shocked at his response. As it happened, he only replied AFTER the watch had shipped and when I received it, the hands were NOT blue, they are black. I had bought it as a birthday gift for my wife and fortunately she is a GIA Gemmologist who confirmed the watch is authentically Breguet and while she was delighted with the gift, she was disappointed all the same not to have the signature 'steel blue' hands. What upset her more though, being a collector and cognisant of what erodes the value of a collector's watch, is that the watch did not come in its original box - which was promised in the advert, along with the original papers. It has a deployant clasp and so would definitely have come in a tall box to accommodate that. It did not. Instead it arrived in a hand-adapted sunglasses case, fastened around a piece of sponge, accompanied by the outer packaging that the box was once in but obviously lost. I couldn't even give her the watch in the box that came with it because it did NOT even fit! He sent it with the watch/sunglasses case BUT it was empty. Even the original Breguet watch papers didn't fit into it. Sadly my wife now doesn't have a Breguet watch box to keep her birthday watch in - hugely disappointing. I of course let the dealer know that the watch had been delivered, but instead of into our hands, left on our house's doorstep, which is clearly visible from the pavement and roadside! Meanwhile, instead of waiting for me to press the button to confirm delivery, the Chrono24 site reflected that it had been delivered!! This is not the impression I had of the 'secure process'. On the site, I read that I can be reassured because the watch would be delivered to me personally, on a 'sign for' basis, and required me to click confirmation on the site that the package had been received and was untampered with - and until I did that, the package would not be deemed to have been delivered and my payment would not be released to the dealer. If I had known the package would be left on my doorstep on an open road, unsigned for and the delivery confirmed online without my intervention, I probably would not have made the purchase. However I understand that, by the time of delivery, we were in the Covid situation and that for that reason, the courier had probably not followed agreed protocols. At least we got the watch safely. But after this experience, the point I cannot accept is that the dealer did not tell the truth about the watch coming in the original Breguet box, with its beautiful lettering, and a fitting way for my wife to treasure it when not wearing it. This is a loss. I had ONLY considered watches that came with their original boxes and original paperwork, so this one wouldn't have been in my consideration set. A shame to be so let down. Will I buy from Chrono24 again? I'd want to - but it depends how this box issue is resolved. I can only wait - and hope that other customers, especially those considering this dealer, are alterted.
Dear buyers! I think it's a shame that I have to read such an article after all the effort. There are difficult customers and there are very difficult customers! In that case, it says, very, very complicated customer! Not only did we as the seller grant the buyer a payment term of several weeks, we also violated all basic economic rules. All information was preserved in the ad. After the customer has already bought the watch, questions about the watch come up! For me as a dealer, please never again such a drama! I am very patient, but please never do that again! I would rather refuse to buy. Incredible!
