The challenge with this transaction was simply that the seller advertised the watch, I purchased the watch, I sent funds and the seller withdrew the watch the next day. The reason given was "technical". On requesting what "technical" means, I got no reply. So, it is difficult to offer a review any higher without communication from the seller. It is unlikely this is typical of the seller due to the seller's high volume of transactions and high feedback, so I can recommend the seller due only to other's feedback.

This is a very nuanced review. I had placed an order and the watch was meant to be reserved for me until the deadline was met. I initially had trouble with payment but was able to clear it before the deadline. However the watch was already no longer in the inventory. I ended up losing about 700USD in forex fees for no fault of my own. Again it is not communication with the dealer that’s the issue or the reputation. It is just a irreconcilable loss I have suffered as a result of an inventory management issue.

The watch was written UNWORN on title, but when it arrived it looked like USED. I felt disappointed.

Although, I believe that the quality and. Ali’s of the watch I wanted to purchase was high, the dealer sold the watch to another customer after I had deposited my funds into the Chrono24 escrow account. I am disappointed and would therefore be biased negatively towards European Watch Company and Chrono24.
