I had found a watch that I decided to buy, since all specifications on the watch was exactly what I was searching fore. I made the purchase, but was contacted via phone from Chrono24 Customer Service, to inform me that the Dealer had informed them that the size of the watch was not as described in the advert, and if I wish to proceed whit my purchase, for which I denied, because it was an essential part of the watch, and it definitely also reflects on the price. Find it hard to believe that a professional exclusive watch dealer can make such a crucial mistake. Huge thanks to Chrono24 for discovering and informing me, I am very satisfied and feel secure with the support from Chrone24, and my money was returned to my account within 48 hours.

we reported the error to chrono24 ourselves after it was discovered and yes, people do work at uhrenworld munich who also make mistakes once in a while. the employee in question is no longer with the company for this reason, among others, but retailers sometimes also want people as customers, which is becoming increasingly rare. what a pity.

Leider war die Datejust (116234) nicht im Originalzustand. Die Zeiger wiesen keine Lume, dafür aber sichtbare Wechselspuren - möglicherweise Fingerabdrücke aus. Offensichtlich wurde hier gebastelt. Leider war dies weder auf den Fotos zu sehen, noch wurde es in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Auf die Kritik am Artikel wurde seitens des Verkäufers gar nicht reagiert, seitens Chrono24 mit Unverständnis. Die offensichtlichen Mängel wurden abgetan. Leider musste ich dann auch noch 2 Wochen auf mein Geld warten. Immerhin 8.000€... Schwaches Bild, das mein Vertrauen in die Plattform sowie die Verkäufer nachhaltig geschädigt hat.

Le vendeur a prétendu que la montre devait être livrée en 2 parties. (Bracelet séparé ....) La montre a été livrée dans une jolie boîte. Mais la montre a voyagé dans la boîte vu qu’elle n'avait pas de bracelet. Et n’a pas été fixée. La montre est arrivée défectueuse. Le vendeur m’a traité de menteur. Malgré photo et vidéo comme preuve. Les instructions de retour fournies par chrono 24 ne sont pas suffisantes UPS m a demandé que le vendeur fournisse des documents de retour. J’ai demandé cela 4 fois. Le vendeur n’a pas fourni d’aide pour les étiquettes et documents de retour ce qui a posé beaucoup de problèmes à la douane. Lorsque la douane a appelé le vendeur. Ce dernier n’a pas fourni les documents nécessaires à la douane.
