Dealer advertised a Bulgari watch that I wanted and confirmed the watch would be new with appropriate papers. Despite weeks of founding the dealer I seemed no closer to getting delivery of my purchase so reversed the sale. Chrono24 refunded my money without difficulty.

The watch strap I received was not the one pictured. The one I received was very old and broken into many pieces. It was clear that it was shipped to me this way, it was not something that could have happened during shipping. The bracelet had old cracks in it as well.
