≪正規の箱≫と≪正規の書類≫が付属されている新品コンディションと広告されている商品を購入しました。 届いた商品は、時計は良いコンディションでしたが、箱はゴミ同然に劣化した同じブランドの異なる商品のとシリアルナンバーの記載のない手書きの得体の知れない保証書でした。 新品同様の時計とは全くコンディションの異なるこのゴミ同然の箱は小さ過ぎて、時計の保証書を入れることすら出来ない状態です。 その事についてすぐに販売業者に連絡しましたが、広告には≪正規≫とは書いたが≪オリジナル≫とは書いていないとの説明でした。 つまりこの販売店がこのサイトで販売する商品は≪正規な箱≫≪正規な書類≫と広告されていても、その時計が入っていた箱でも保証書である必要も無く、それが当然であるかのような説明を受けました。 度々連絡を取っても全く誠意のある回答が無いのでやむなく否定的なコメントを残します。 この販売者はこのサイトで非常に高い評価を得ています。私もそれを信じてこの販売者からの購入を決めました。 私の失敗はこの評価を過信してチェックを怠った点です。この販売者からの商品購入を検討する場合には評価を過信せず、原則に則り商品の画像を取り寄せるなど、細かいチェックをしてから購入するようにされることをお勧めいたします。

Let's go through it one by one: The shipping was fast. Usually, you pay the shipping with the listing, but they required me to give my credit card information over the phone. Not a fan, but I guess that was necessary with their shipping service. Not too bad. Item condition: acceptable. Sold as unworn. Of course with zero plastics or anything else that makes it feel new, and it's already a year old, but it might really be unworn yes. Communication: I wanted to return the watch within the guidelines given by Chrono24. Chrono24 always confirmed I had the right approach, but this dealer refused the return. They say it's been "worn" because I mentioned that I tried it on for 15-30 minutes at home in a safe environment to check whether it fits me. This is absolutely no different than anyone trying a watch in store. If you go to your local AD to buy a watch and try it on to see if it fits, they won't force you to buy it for trying. Makes sense right. This dealer is like that though, trying means "worn" to them. Absolutely nonsense considering that trying on in a safe environment has a 0.0000% effect on it being worn. That of course is utterly disappointing. At this point, the communication just went wrong and they turned out to be the worst customer service in Chrono24 history. Upon some research on negative reviews, this situation occurred more often. It's guaranteed that there will be a response to this review by them claiming everything was the customer's mistake. This seems to be a habit. So any future buyer will see a list of rebuttal points below this review, but these are guaranteed to be completely one-sided from them. The fact that Chrono24 in multiple emails to me stated that my approach was entirely correct already proves the point. Chrono24 reviewed the messages and photos and confirmed I was right. Anyway, I decided to take the watch to a local store to sell it because sending it back to this store nonetheless is a guaranteed way to further problems. All in all a very disappointing experience. I hope the management at this dealer doesn't go into defensive mode again with false claims but instead takes this review as constructive criticism to make a change that can significantly improve customer service. Their inventory of watches online is incredible and with better customer service they could become a valuable seller.

Delivery made by armoured courier Date: 09.10.2020 Time: 13:22 The order has been delivered. “it's gorgeous, many thanks!” Date: 12.10.2020 Time: 08:04 “I got some unfortunate news. I do love the watch, but my wife thinks it’s much too thin for me and doesn’t look good. That leads to the decision that I unfortunately need to return this. It’s still in the same unchanged condition as I only tried it for 30 minutes” 11:08 “you know what, never mind, I'll just hold it and enjoy it on my days off ;)” Date: 13.10.2020 Time: 21:21 “Unfortunately my wife really wants me to return it.” When you initially received the piece, you were very happy. It was only after your wife commented that she didn’t like it and thought it was too thin for your wrist, after having worn it for 30mins. However, then you stated I will keep it to wear on my days off. After which you contacted us to state “my wife really doesn’t like it and I must return the piece”. It is clear, you liked the piece however your wife was not very impressed with your purchase. You wore it for 30 minutes, which you have attested to in a message. We offered to take the watch back however due to the piece being having been worn for 30 minutes we would not be able to give you a full refund but would have to take this into consideration and quote accordingly.

Described watch in excellent condition, worn with little to no signs of wear, But with no mention of any scratches on the front glass some over 5mm, chips around the rim edges of the crystal, scratches on the lugs, back and around the case, or that this time wasting seller won't accept returns, (watch had no original papers) I was told to wait until the shop reopened to return the watch. But no date was given to when this may occur? No alternative address was provided (Watch had to been posted from somewhere as the shop had been closed for months). Made me wait additional 7 days after receiving the returned watch to acknowledge that fact to Chrono24. 33°days now from when I brought the watch to date 13th June 2020, to get my money back what a hassle! This is how you treat customers? Unbelievable lost my business. Classic example why we need secure payment methods like Escrow.. In all the time I've been dealing with watches I never come across anything like this before. Very unprofessional seller and seriously not recommended.

Dear Patrice-Syrus, Firstly, I would just like to mention that the initial email you received from Watchcentre after requesting a refund, stated that we would honour it. However due to there being a global pandemic the entire retail industry had to close for the foreseeable future, we explained that there would be a delay in the process, and it was completely out of our hands. All we could do was follow the governments guidelines, meaning we was unable to give a date until we were given the all clear to re-open. Your lack of sympathy and understanding towards the covid-19 situation, is extremely clear within your review and we feel as though there is nothing we could have done differently to make you happy. We would also like to mention, once you did send a friend to our gallery to return the watch, he was extremely rude to our members of staff and refused to release any information regarding why he was here. We do not tolerate this kind of behaviour towards our staff members as it is completely unacceptable. Finally, once we had the watch back, there was no delay in processing the refund, the 33 days that you did have to wait was during the UK being on complete lock-down. Kind Regards

If you were that unhappy, you could've accepted the offer and we would have given you a full refund. Instead, you insisted on keeping the watch and asked us for a new strap which we provided immediately free of charge. With regards to shipping and communication, you gave an alternate shipping address which we sent out and was received very quickly and we have responded to all of your queries immediately.
