pretty poor experience so far. bought an expensive watch for fathers birthday. to start shipping/customs was a nightmare despite agreeing approach beforehand. worse then watch arrived considerably more scuffed than pictures which i can live with but also dial has scratch/crack but when discovered was told no return’s possible and to send to manufacturer to fix (like my fault and my risk that fixing dial even possible)
