They never responded to my initial inquires about the watch I purchased. I ended up having to call the store a week or so later. Communication was still extremely poor thereafter. The watch wasn’t ready to ship until a week after payment was made. I should have paid a few hundred dollars more to purchase from another more responsive dealer and you should too!

I bid , the bid was successful, I won. Submitted my credit card and was rejected? I then called Amex and was told by the representative that my credit card was in order and I had more limit than the purchase. I was told by DeMesy to resubmit my card, Which I did , then to my surprise there was an additional 1,350.00$ placed on my bill. After calling the salesperson I was told this was tax in Texas that is incorrect . No response yet from seller , unprofessional at best.

This is my 4th shopping from Chrono24 how ever my First negative comment Oyster quartz Daydate 19018 1) Hit on the crown None of photos shares with me showing a hit on the crown. The watch is packed perfectly so the damage can happen during shipment 2) Day dial is shaking Before I purchased the watch I asked for some photos, day dial was aligned to left but must be on the middle Seller told it will be fixed and shared images where the day dial seems at the middle I got the watch and Just a little shake on the watch makes the day dial move right to left it was not fixed. 3) Shippent cost is more than previous purchase -This purchase was 10kusd from Dallas to Dubai ups charged me 2k USD inc tax and etc.. - Last month I purchased another watch from Ny To Dubai ups charges me 1k USD inc tax and etc... 4) Box and books are not belongs to my watch The seller mentioned on the explanation that the watch has books and box. However the box and the manuals are belong to other models ( newer rolex box and normal daydate manual..) Recomandation: Dont pay before all little details are clear. Request a video and extra detailed photos before shipment Cross check shipment costs

Inaccurate watch size quoted in advertisement; had to return and now I have to wait 10 business days for a refund. This could have been easily avoided when people take the initiative to verify the watch size before listing and subsequently accepting payment. Would never buy from this dealer in the future given all the avoidable hassles they burdened me with. Not a recommended dealer to say the least.

Missing certificate and extra links do not match the bracelet! DeMesy was not able to solve these problem in any way.
