I was promised that my watch would arrive within 6-8 weeks. As time went on, answers were delayed why they did not send the watch. after several emails a new date was promised but nothing happened. They did not respond to my emails until Chrono24 contacted them. I have now canceled the order.

Leider hat der Händler nach meiner Bestellungsanfrage tagelang nicht reagiert. Auf meine Emails kam ebenfalls keine Antwort. Ich habe die Bestellung schlussendlich storniert und die Uhr bei einem zuverlässigerem Händler gekauft.

After seller confirmation they have watches on stock i did payment in 30 minutes. Next day they told me, watches was sold and I have to wait month and half to have those watches. Ok i was disapointed but i have decided to wait. After month and half of waiting, nothing happened, they just dont comunicate. After my question how is it look like, after almost week, they told me i have to wait another few weeks… I would not recomend this seller at all.

Después de esperar más de un mes por el reloj,y haber mandado más de 10 correos al vendedor sin ni siquiera tener una sola contestación por su parte. Decidí cancelar el pedido.No me hubiese importado esperar 15 días más,pero ante la falta de comunicación y poca educación del vendedor. Opté por cancelar

Firstly, he confirmed he could deliver watch before xmass. Then, the offer he submits to me mention mid Jan. When I ask about it tells me Chrono24 sets automatically that deadline but I should ignore that deadline. I rejected offer and he comes back with new deadline according my need. 2 days before xmass no news for me and no reply to my inquiry message. Very bad experience and i feel deceived. The last minute i have to find a different gift.

Dear customer, Thank you for the review, we are very sorry for the experience you had. The delivery was indeed promised by us, but then the last minute before the expected delivery the manufacturer has moved the availability timeframe to the beginning of next year, which we've been trying to reagree with them and get the watch delivered to us as soon as possible, though the order was by then cancelled by yourself. I can confirm that we've been doing our upmost to get this order prioritised and delivered before Christmas as originally expected, however on this occasion the manufacturer has failed their promises, which we are very sorry for. Contatto il venditore per una proposta d’acquisto per un Omega Constellation da 4320 euro. Mi risponde subito che l’orologio è prenotato da un altra persona… ma può ordinarmene uno e farmelo arrivare in 5/6 settimane (Ho notato che l’ha fatto anche con altri nelle recensioni! È un modus operandi). Dopo uno scambio di messaggi ordino comunque l’orologio perché ha un prezzo vantaggioso… Una volta ordinato chiedo il cambio di indirizzo perché non ti un errore. Mi viene detto di eseguire la procedura tramite Chrono24. La eseguo e Chrono24 mi conferma l’avventura comunicazione di cambio indirizzo al venditore. Il mio orologio viene spedito… seguo la spedizione è con stupore vedo che parte dalla Polonia (quando il venditore mi aveva detto che l’avrebbe ordinato da Omega). In sostanza mi ha fatto inviare l’orologio da un altro negozio. Ma non finisce qui… la spedizione viene inviata ad un altro indirizzo… non quello che avevo comunicato a Chrono24 e di conseguenza al venditore. Viene consegnato a 50 km da casa mia! Ad uno sconosciuto! Ho avvisato Chrono24 e il venditore. C’è stato un susseguirsi di scarico di responsabilità tra Chrono24 e il venditore. Nessuno si è scusato… Chrono24 dice di chiedere un rimborso parziale e il venditore, dopo aver proposto uno sconto di 30 euro (su cosa non si sa! Pensa che io faccia un altro acquisto?), ha smesso di rispondere. Dopo varie peripezie e km fatti sono riuscito a recuperare l’orologio. Esperienza pessima! Sia con Chrono24 sia con il venditore! D’ora in poi acquisterò solo in negozio… forse pagherò di più ma professionalità e assistenza si pagano!!

Nicht zuverlässig. Habe eine uhr bestellt und ist nach 2 monaten nicht versendet worden und der händler hat die letzten 2 wochen nichtnal auf die nachrichten beantwortet erst bei der chrono24 meldung.

Im Beschrieb steht Platin Uhr Band und Gehäuse. Leider war die Uhr nur Stahl mit Platin Lunette. Ein Händler muss den Unterschied kennen. So hat man nur viel Umtrieb für nichts.

To this we have provided the full description of the watch in the direct message to yourself right away, once the concern was raised. The provision of this description clearly indicated that we were not trying to hide any information from you, as well as the fact that the watch indeed has a substantial part made of platinum. The seller asked me to pay EUR 500 more than we agreed upon to a bank account that differed to the seller’s name. I did not trust that form of transaction and when I asked to go through Chrono24 with the higher price the seller did not respond to me. I waited for two months after I paid Chrono24 before the order was cancelled due to price increase from the producer. I am not happy with this buying process at all!
