Leider kann ich diesen Händler nicht weiterempfehlen: Ich habe mich für eine Uhr interessiert und diese gekauft allerdings nicht erhalten, da ein anderer Käufer "schneller war" - obwohl ich 5 Minuten nach der persönlichen Reservierung bezahlt habe. Zusätzlich wurde der Preis, "aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage", bei dem persönlichen Angebot des Händlers an mich, erhöht. Auf meine Nachfrage, weshalb dieses Geschäfts so abgelaufen ist, wie es abgelauft ist, wurde ich mit "we can't do magic" entgegnet. Diesen Service & die Behandlung empfinde ich als sehr enttäuschend und kann diesen Händler nicht mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Prima hanno detto che l’orologio era disponibile e mi sarebbe arrivato in 1/2 settimane poi mi hanno comunicato che gli è arrivato dal loro fornitore danneggiato (quindi non era disponibile) ma era “su ordinazione” e mi hanno detto che avrebbe ritardato 4/6 settimane.

I made price request and got the answer back that they unfortunately couldn't match my request, since they didn't have the item in stock? I was wondering because in the mean time I saw that they had the same watch for sale in their own web shop, and actually for that price I was asking for on chrono. So I put in an order on their website, in the meantime they came back to me on chrono with an even better offer on the same item that they said they didn't have on stock. So I canceled my order and placed the order through chrono24. But in the end they couldn't sent the item since they didn't have it and the hole order was canceled... It has been a waste of time and money transferring back and forth... I am not sure if I trust this company with items that are more expensive then this. Its a lot of money having out there not knowing if you will get the pice you hoped for

This is a discontinued model, we were in contact with our retailer and were assured that we will have the watch in two weeks' time and that is why we have offered it to you, unfortunately, it did not work out on all sides. As for the price difference from Chronbo24 to our website is because the exchange rate in which Chrono24 deals is higher, here on Chrono24 we work with Euros while on our site we work with Danish Kroner. Once again let us apologize for this very unfortunate and inconvenient occurrence, it was a lesson learned on our part and we strive to bring satisfaction to our customers so we have learned and will do better. While you might not feel comfortable giving us another chance, we hope that you will and give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves.

Verfügbarkeit angefragt ,Angebot bekommen Neue Uhr dann bezahlt und nach eine Woche ist die Uhr kaputt musste alles storniert werden ab heute werde ich mich auch von Chrono abmelden wollte die Uhr unbedingt haben bin so enttäuscht das wieder ich oder sonst jemand aus meiner Familie bei denen bestellt danke für nix

I ordered the watch with the indication ready to ship. After 8 days the order was canceled due to a stock error in the computer system. I am convinced the watch was not in stock and the stock information was wrong. It's not very serious for a company that has just started on Chrono24.

Not transparent at all to buyers as the dealer Do not post correct pictures of the Watches,make buyers pay for the watch and then inform them that they have no stock I have lost 200 SGD dollars in bank charges Also all watches are priced 100% higher compared to other dealers
