We do shipping exclusively via UPS, as we found them to be the most reliable. The watch arrived within the specified time period, which the customer was aware about. The only message that was replied to after a longer time was one sent after 4pm, after our working hours, we replied the next day.

Montre disponible sur le site, je propose une offre, le vendeur me propose une contre-offre que j'accepte, le paiement est effectué et plusieurs jours après le vendeur se retracte et la montre n'est plus disponible...Vraiment pas très sérieux du tout ! Transaction très décevante !

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience, but due to an system error the watch was shown as an available product, but it wasn't in our warehouse. Unfortunately the distributor doesn't have this watch as well, so we had no way of obtaining another piece. We've refunded you the money as soon as we knew about the case. Again, we're sorry for this situation. Bonjour, nous sommes désolés pour le désagrément, mais en raison d'une erreur système, la montre a été affichée comme un produit disponible, mais elle n'était pas dans notre entrepôt. Malheureusement, le distributeur ne dispose pas non plus de cette montre, et nous n'avions donc aucun moyen d'obtenir une autre pièce. Nous vous avons remboursé l'argent dès que nous avons eu connaissance du cas. Encore une fois, nous sommes désolés pour cette situation.

I was promised the watch would be sent out from their warehouse on a Tuesday. Two days later I had to cancel the order because they would not respond to my emails asking about the status of my order. Poor customer service. Do not recommend. Will not order from this dealer again.

Comerciantul a ales cel mai slab curier dar cel mai ieftin UPS cu toate ca l-am rugat sa expedieze prin DHL sau FEDEX . Coletul a facut o saptamana pana la mine cu emotii pentru ca UPS are cele mai proaste recenzii posibile Comunicare foarte proasta a comerciantului , raspunsurile veneau si la 24h diferenta si nu erau deloc amabile Nu recomand colaborarea
