No communication. Waited a week for shipment then emails over another week asking for information. Wouldn’t have cancelled had I received any sort of communication but speaks volumes about a company when you can’t answer not one but two emails.

Created an account and reserved a watch I had been looking to aquire. There was an address error on the information and I notified seller that I was trying to resolve - the contract was canceled before the allotted time. I also asked for additional pictures of the watch since they only had a generic one posted and did not receive a response. When trying to follow up to clarify why the contract was canceled and they were not able to send additional info regarding the watch in question I received no response. It was my first time using this market but this transaction attempt was not transparent and the seller was not forthcoming with information requested. Up to you - but I left feeling uneasy with the process and interaction with this particular seller.

Hello! You made the watch reservation at 7:57pm and canceled it at 10:21pm the same day. Our company works from 9am to 5pm, that means we couldn't answer you at 10:21pm. After you canceled the watch, it became available to other buyers and it was booked by someone else. Sorry for what happened but there was nothing we could do as you canceled your reservation at 10:21pm

Hola no quiero hacer ver mal al comerciante ni a Chrono24, pero deberían de tener en cuenta las políticas aduaneras de los países ya que en Mexico no dejan pasar objetos con valor superior a los 1000$ ,es una pena que quise hacer un regalo a mi padre para navidad y jamas conseguí entregárselo estoy muy decepcionado por este motivo, la devolución fue muy lenta y jamas el vendedor me dio señales la atención de Chrono24 fue amable pero ellos no podían hacer nada asta que el paquete no llegara de vuelta al vendedor en fin fue mi primera y última compra .
