Buyer's comment:

The dealer says the watch is brand new, that's why I bought it. The watch was in the box under the pillow, I was scared that I received an empty box. I immediately saw that the watch was used and scratched and told chrono24. The dealer first accused me of dropping it (why would I do that?) and then threatened that if I sent it back I would have to pay for his damage and the shipping costs. I don't dare send it back because I'm afraid I won't get my money back. I am sad and disappointed, terrible experience.

Il cliente all'arrivo dell'orologio millantava un graffio sul lato cassa nonostante portasse data del giorno di partenza, gli veniva chiesto di rispedire l'orologio pagando le spese di spedizione, ma pretendeva uno sconto senza rispedirlo. Su richiesta di Chrono24 inviavamo foto e video dell'orologio nuovo e preciso nuovo alla partenza, che permtteva agli stessi di chiudere la disputa a nostro favore. Ovviamente è palese che si trattasse semplicemente di una manovra speculativa fine a se stessa o di un tentativo di danneggiare il nostro operato e la nostra azienda. Il cliente infine ha esordito scrivendo 'Non oso rispedirlo indietro perché ho paura di non ricevere indietro i miei soldi' cosa impossibile in quando esiste la garanzia del consumatore e chrono24 paga noi commercianti solo dopo 15 gg dalla ricezione dello stesso, Le auguro la prossima volta di essere più corretto e dire la verità perchè un graffio all'orologio si rimuove, un segno alla coscienza no. Upon arrival of the watch, the customer boasted of a scratch on the side of the case even though it bore the date of departure. He was asked to send the watch back, paying the shipping costs, but he demanded a discount without sending it back. At the request of Chrono24 we sent photos and videos of the new and precise watch, new at the start, which allowed them to close the dispute in our favor. Obviously it is clear that it was simply a speculative maneuver as an end in itself or an attempt to damage our work and our company. Finally, the customer began by writing 'I don't dare send it back because I'm afraid of not receiving my money back', which is impossible when there is a consumer guarantee and chrono24 only pays us traders 15 days after receiving it. I wish you next time. to be more correct and tell the truth because a scratch on the watch is removed, a mark on the conscience is not.

Unable to send correct bought box. Made errors twice before getting the correct one. But to get it, forced to request mediation because do not assume and accuse customer of being a liar. Total lack of good business sense. A shame !

Cliente estremamente scorretto, al secondo invio mi ha cambiato la scatola e ha approfittato della tutela Chrono24, vendo a chiunque senza avere problemi, per fortuna che non tutti i clienti sono come lei. Persona pessima.
