What is experience I’ve ever had with any merchant ever He never answers. Even Chrono cannot reach him. I had to call multiple times just to get it canceled Also, this was my first purchased through Chrono, so this just give me a bad taste of the net work

Several times delayed shipping Watch,slow response when asked what was delay and the final straw for me causing me to tell them not to ship it a week after it was supposed to be sent was it was going to be delayed a third time they were going on holiday I canceled the order and hope Chrono 24 will credit my checking soon for the 37k I paid with my Bank of America debit card. I’d appreciate a prompt response from Chrono 24 when I’ll receive my funds back I’ve done over 225k worth of transactions on Chrono 24 in last 12 months First bad experience I’ve had but it was terrible Vern Vokus CEO Tower Eight Staffing Solutions

After purchasing the watch that I never received, the dealer would not return my calls or emails. He gave me two strange excuses as to why the watch was not mailed to me almost 3 weeks after I purchased it. I had no choice but to cancel the order and was extremely disappointed. I would NEVER do business with this seller again.

I'm yet to be refunded, my payment was confirmed by Chrono24, I chatted with rebes and we both agreed he will be sending the watch but after a few days of ignoring me because I insisted he sends me pictures of the watch he cancelled the transfer without any reason. I don't know why it's hard for him to send me the pictures of the watch because he has the same watch in another advertisement and I needed to confirm

This was a fraudulent order and scam and not sure how they are allowed to abuse feedback system. Canceled order immediately when shipping address is to an abandoned building and names did not match shipping and billing nor email address names match the purchaser or receiver. Then buyer then proceeds to demand more pictures when all photos are posted on the ad of the exact watch they are receiving to yet another email address not listed in order or billing to likely be used in reselling it after their fraud was complete.

This is a scammer and mad we did not fall for their con. We cancelled their order immediately as their shipping address was not to a real location and was also across the country from the actual billing address.

I was ghosted like a school girl by the campus jock! We came to an agreement on a price and Rebes messaged to let me know that a checkout form had been forwarded. That was the last time I heard from him. I submitted funds to escrow and the watch wasn’t shipped. Despite multiple attempts to contact Rebes, no correspondence on his end. Go figure…Caution, Chrono24!

We repeatedly reached out after we confirmed your order that we needed a FedEx shipping location near you to deliver your watch to for pickup due to added security being that your address was in a residential setting. We did not hear back from you and the order was then cancelled.

The dealer responded to my offer request within an hour, and I paid for the watch later that same evening. After which I received absolutely zero communication from him: no response to Chrono24 messages or texts to his mobile. I even asked C24 customer service to try to reach him. No responses whatsoever. He ghosted me. Meanwhile he was active and completing other watch sales on C24 and other sites. I canceled my order six days later and got my money back from Chrono24's escrow, with only a loss of my time.
