Company started in 2018 and at once on Chrono24, open every day except on Saturday, a Mark Schlanger recorded as "sales and marketing specialist", supposed to be my, your contact. No "listening ear", no answers or late and not to-the-point, ....wrong type used "by mistake" for the watch, not corrected after 'x' times asking, package sent in opposition with my strict suspensive conditions, no invoice(!), at all, provided, no authentification, nothing, nada, zilch, also not with the package, just the trusted Checkout Certificate sent per e-mail attachment, to serve also "as receipt", yes, ...for a different type of watch, and bye-bye! When I would not have been kind, the watch would have been destroyed by the Customs, and it could not have been returned because of the absence of relevant informations... Horrible experience! Total ...cock-up. Possibly OK for some local people in the States. Others: avoid or tread carefully!

Went through all the time and effort and then they said it was sold,watch should have been removed removed.

bought and paid for watch. then, 7 days later, dealer cancelled transaction. dealer stated that watch was sold to another customer before my purchase. really? even with multiple marketing channels including retail it should take just a few minutes to confirm merchandise is avaiable, not 7 days. this was a birthday present and it left me scrambling for an alternative gift. good news is that chrono24 credited my credit card within 72 hours.
