If you are an international customer, their customer service is quite appalling compared to other dealers. I'm afraid previous reviews about delayed shipping issues are valid. I only hope they can improve their response in the future. Bearing in mind, I gave them a second chance to try and purchase the watch again despite already getting a refund, less, credit card transactions fees.

Dear buyer, we agreed with you that we ship the watch on June 16 or on June 17. We made a free polish special for you. We chose delivery company that make delivery faster as you asked and agreed with them to pick up watch on June 17. For some reason order was canceled by the buyer at the same day. We always take care of our customers and follow the agreements.

Be careful from this seller. They’re canceling the purchases after they receive the payment and the costumers will lose the exchange rate after receiving the refund

Be careful from this seller. I purchased a watch from this seller and he sent it 2 packages to force me pay double price for the customs. No transparency. No credibility.

dear customer, with all respect we sent Watch as you asked us. we sent with 2 packages for our insurance and we also paid for that extra. and after this negative feedback you ask us about another Watches. of course we with pleasure will deal with you again and hopefully next time you will not have any problems with customs or something else.
