DEALER CANCELED for no reason! Order confirmed then the following day they said the "item was damaged" and canceled the order. They told chrono24 that they do not ship to my location, so which one is it? Relisted item for thousands more. Still waiting on refund. Terrible experience!

Dealer was quick to respond, so that's one star added. Dealer preceded the sale by claming to have a brand new watch - in hand. Then dealer came back and said the chronograph function had failed and the sale could not be completed. I asked to buy the watch as is. They would not answer my request. They just repeated the same email. The watch in question was priced very competitively. I'm thinking either thry don't carry the watches in stock and when they went to go 'procure' one to complete the sale, they didn't like the prices they saw. Or, once they realized the other Chrono24 prices were higher than theirs, they decided they did not want to honor their posted sale price. Either way they completed the cancelation process by submitting a cancelation to Chrono24 under the category of 'cannot ship to buyers home country'. So either they lied to me, in their posting, or the Chrono24 - but probably to all three.

Seller pretends to have the watch in stock, uses fancy words to delay shipment. Cancels shipment to buy more time. In the end, a total waste of my own time! Avoid at all costs!

Placed the order and paid for within minutes on 12/06. The estimated date I would receive the watch was 12/18-12/23. After 12/23 I received an email from chrono24 saying the seller hasn't responded. On 12/27 I asked for a refund which is in progress. Not one email or update from seller.Terrible transaction and seller. Do not recommend.

This dealer waited for me to reach out asking when my watch, which I had already paid for, was shipping. It had been 2 weeks since payment went through, only to be told that they couldn’t fulfill my order. On top of that, it would take 7 DAYS!!! for a refund of an order that was never fulfilled. I would understand that if I were sending something back. I realize that might be Chron24 and not the dealer, but in all, the experience has been awful. I ordered the watch on Amazon, from a highly rated dealer (4.9 stars from almost 2k reviews) and received it in 3 days with many communication touch points along the way.

Made an order and after the money was placed in escrow, there was no communication from the dealer. I sent an email through Chrono24 and after a few days of no reply, I asked that the order be canceled. To date, I have still had zero contact with the dealer.

smoke and mirror operation. nothing that they are selling on the Chrono24 site is available. They require payment and your money is held in escrow while they "search" for the model. No guarantees.

Ordered a watch on Chrono24 on June 24th and still to this day, hasn’t shipped. Inaccurate shipping timeframe, was told watch was in a different facility 6 days later and that their shipping carriers were having delays. Why advertise that the watch is readily available then and in stock? It’s July 11th….still nothing. Buyer BEWARE. This is not how business is conducted. I sent Chrono24 an email to receive a full refund and withdrawal. Chrono is not at a fault here, as they contacted this dealer multiple times on the shipping status for me. Just please be careful buying from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go elsewhere.

My order never shipped. The seller never reached out to inform me of any delays or issues, just did nothing. When I finally requested a cancelation they referred me to Chrono24. No apology or update on the order status, nothing. This was my first experience on chrono24 and while the seller was terrible the service from chrono24 has been impeccable. Will continue to use the service. My advice...Do NOT buy from this dealer. This is far from the only negative review that I've found so I'm clearly not the only one who had a bad experience. There are plenty of other sellers out there. Use them instead.

I bought IWC Pilots Mark on 26th of May. Seller send me messege after one week "While our fulfillment team was processing your order, they found the hour hand does not align properly at 3 o’clock position." So I was waited until 24th of June and seller sent me this "I've checked with our fulfillment team and they explained that our supplier was unable to fulfill our order of the newer IW327003 as they sold it to their local customer." Im sorry, but this is not serious business. Thank you very much for waste of time.

After purchase and several attempts to contact dealer I requested order to be canceled. Dealer never replied. Ad stated that watch would ship in 3-5 days and after almost 2 weeks of lack of communication I canceled for no response. Never responded to myself or to Chrono24. Not the way to do business. It was a gift for my sons graduation and I had to scramble last minute to figure out another gift.

I ordered a watch from this dealer for my husband’a 50th birthday gift. At first the dealer was very responsive, but after I paid there was no contact and the watch was not mailed. Thank goodness for the chrono 24 escrow service, I was able to get a full refund on the watch. I still have never received an apology or a word from the seller. Totally unprofessional behavior. I had to rush to find another seller to have the watch in time for his birthday. I would never buy another watch from this seller. If there was a problem, the professional thing would be to reach out to the customer, apologize and try to fix the problem. DO NOT BUY from this dealer!!

Communication was great Until I purchased a watch it went almost to radio silent This is my experience I purchased a watch with this company they told me there was a deficiency in the watch. Then for me that they were going to send me a new watch directly from the manufacturer which is a Swiss company. Once the item was shipped I seen the invoice stating that it was coming from Hong Kong China and no refunds or questions were to be asked on it I emailed and called numerous times to inform them to cancel the order because this Swiss company has no affiliations with China and I was no longer interested The informative they were going to charge me for a restock fee even though the item has not left China The overall experience is very poor I had to contact FedEx about the item I also had to contact credit card very time consuming and a waste of my day. At the end of the day you pay for an experience that you hope is a good one cuz of the premium dollar amount but this was a very poor experience and I highly do not recommend this company

Watch took way to long to get delivered

Was told they had just sold the watch, but that they would have another one in a few weeks. Even after I was told this, their add showed the watch in stock for the next couple of days. When the watch finally arrived, the usual protective static clings one normally finds on a new watch were missing, the watch of was advertised as new. Then the “new” watch would randomly stop running as the second hand would get stuck on the hands. Was told to take a video of this, as this was an intermittent issue, this was difficult to do. Then when they did agree to issue a refund, was asked to video the packaging of the watch. This whole process to over a month, no I would not recommend this dealer.

Chrono 24 and I attempted, several times, to check if shipment was made from this seller. I ultimately canceled the order. Chrono24 was great with communication.

Communication was initially very good. All questions were answered - including whether the watch was in stock. In the advertisement, the location is given as `USA, California, San Mateo`. We agreed, only then 4 days later the watch came from Hong Kong - from a dubious company (Keen Top Ltd.) that does not sell watches at all. Since the watch was ordered in the USA and was declared in stock there, I did not accept the watch. I was assured that I would be informed immediately when the watch was back in Hong Kong so that I could get the money back from the escrow account. That has now taken a total of 6 weeks and x inquiries to the dealer. The communication unfortunately got worse or even unsuccessful when the problems started. In the meantime I have ordered the watch from another American dealer in New York and worn it on my wrist 3 days later. This is how I imagine a reasonable process. Bewertung in Deutsch. Die Kommunikation war anfänglich sehr gut. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet - auch, ob die Uhr lagernd sei .In der Annonce wird der Standort mit `USA, California, San Mateo` angegeben. Wir wurden uns einig, nur dann kam 4 Tage später die Uhr aus Hong Kong - von einer dubiosen Firma (Keen Top Ltd.), die gar nicht mit Uhren handelt. Da die Uhr in den USA bestellt wurde und auch als dort vorrätig deklariert wurde habe ich die Uhr nicht angenommen. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass ich sofort informiert werde, wenn die Uhr zurück in Hong Kong sei, damit ich das Geld vom Treuhandkonto zurückerhalte. Das hat jetzt insgesamt 6 Wochen gedauert und x Nachfragen an den Händler. Die Kommunikation wurde leider beim Beginn der Probleme schlechter bis erfolglos. Ich habe die Uhr in der Zwischenzeit bei einem anderen amerikanischen Händler aus New York bestellt und 3 Tage später am Handgelenk getragen. So stelle ich mir einen vernünftigen Ablauf.

This watch is listed as new. When it arrived, there was no plastic wrapping, the tags were already removed, and there is a noticeable scratch on the bezel. I will never use Chrono 24 again if these are the types of vendors it lists.

The seller never had the watch. They made up excuses so that I paid. The watch was never there and never sent out. At the end, the order has to be cancelled.

The seller reneged on an agreed upon sale. The seller said that they erred but that they would ship the watch for an additional $700+. It felt like a shady dealer pulling off a classic bait-and-switch. Caveat emptor.

Was told that watch would be shipped 7-10 days after confirmation of payment. 12 days after confirming receipt of payment, I had received no Communication whatsoever from the dealer, as messages went unanswered. The sale was ultimately canceled when I reported the issue to Chrono24. Later, heard from the dealer that the watch had been held up in shipping, which is understandable, if only they’d updated me while in the midst of then sale itself. Went back to purchase the watch again after the communication gaffe had been cleared up, and was told the watch had been sold but another was available for $1000.00 more than the previous sale price. Very disappointing experience and very poor communication.
