Did not respect his word concerning shipping for a birthday - which is not an ordinary shipping while any watch enthusiast does have the time to wait. A birthday gift is in the timing and I had made contact with the dealer well in advance to avoid exactly what happened : a wacth that was not yet after the birthday had passed ! The exchanges I had beforehand with the dealer, on this very topic, were ended by "don't worry' and were elusive. I was right to worry and this company ruined a surprise gift for my brother's 40th birtday - a brother I haven't had the chance to see in 6 years. I have no idea about their watches per se since I cancelled the buy after it was clear they had fooled me and went to hide behind a shipping clause, which our previous conversations was all about. No excuses. Not a word sent to me or my brother. Business as usual I suppose. But this experience made me very sceptic of the Chrono24 global ratings.

El vendedor quiso duplicar el costo del envío cuando el mismo ya había sido presupuestado y pagado.. Irrespetuoso con las respuestas a mis requerimientos. Tuve que cancelar el pedido. No lo recomiendo.

Nach dem "Kauf" kein Kontakt mehr gehabt. Keine Antwort auf Fragen und nachdem ich einen halben Monat auf die bestellte Uhr gewartet habe, konnte ich Dank der Hilfe von Chrono24 das Geschäft annullieren.

Had several messages with the dealer regarding the availability of this watch however two days after making payment the order was cancelled. I don’t appreciate the deceptive practices.
