lets recap what has happened so far…Buyer agreed to purchase a watch from me…and he needed me to ship to a Hotel in the US because of his trip…I was extremely accommodating in to only agreeing to ship to your hotel, but also to make sure I shipped so that the package would arrive on the day he arrived…And I was the one who was proactive in obtaining all info necessary from him as he wasnt upfront about where or when he was staying until I asked him. Next, the day he received the watch he wanted to return it because “it’s not what he expected”…no real reason given…then he quoted the 14 day return policy…I gave him my return address so that he could process the return…However, he waited and wore the watch for a full week before he shipped the watch back…with no consideration for me or my business…on top of that, he shipped with the absolute slowest service possible…and at no time did he alert me that ge returned it, never forwarded tracking, zero communication until 3 days after it was delivered to my UPS suite…again, no consideration for me or my business… And still to this very moment he still has NOT opened or processed a return here with Chrono24…which is the very 1st step with any return…Chrono24 takes care of the refund…it comes from them and until you process the return with them, you will not receive your refund… To recap, I was extremely considerate for him and made all the necessary accommodations so that the delivery was made on the exact day he arrived…he has been extremely inconsiderate in keeping the watch a week after saying he was returning it, taking the slowest method to get the watch back to me, and still has not set up the return here on Chrono24… I would, AGAIN, suggest you open the return with chrono24
